Hello I did not receive my order I received something else instead that has nothing to do with my paintings ordered I sent you an email for this to which no response was given me. So 1 star

9 days after shipment according to the site the package is still not taken care of by Colossimo ... and it is not ""covid"" who is responsible for this other purchases are very well tracked and already received although ordered later. Product niet geleverd en geen geld terug. Fraudsters! I don't know where these people come from. Maar na een bestelling overduidelijk naar het verkeerde adres verzonden te hebben (het niet bestaande 413 in plaats van 41-3), komen ze niet terug met een oplossing. Zij hebben niet geleverd, maar geven ook niet het geld terug. Telefoonnummer werkt niet, mailen werkt niet. Zelfs een aangetekende brief komt terug omdat hun adres niet klopt. Edit: Op de factuur staat duidelijk 41-3. Dus wat hieronder wordt beweerd klopt niet.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Anybody thinking of purchasing from this company I cannot urge you not to.AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. I placed an order which after 2 weeks had not arrived on trying to contact them I really struggled to get through, when I eventually did I was fobbed off by someone who could barely speak English. After 3 weeks and contacting them again I was told my item was discontinued yet it took them 3 weeks to realise this and only because I contacted them and yet they still took my money. BEYOND A JOKE

The package never arrived. I emailed several times and the same tracking link was submitted stating the packing was in the UK. This went on for 2 weeks and still no package. Ended up buying the same thing on Amazon. I was very disappointed.

Paid but no order was created. After 2 weeks requested for order to be made. Promised delivery time was 2-4 days. Got it in more than a weeks time ... from France and not DE.

Dear Sir, I was sincerely hoping that you wouldn't be so naive as to send me a satisfaction survey. Because the least I can say is that I'm not at all satisfied. You can judge for yourself: an order placed on October 13 was first indicated on my computer as being in restocking, even though the site showed the product to be available, and it still hadn't been delivered on the 30th (a long way from the six working days announced!), so I decided to call your Services. And then, as if by a miracle, everything fell into place! That very evening I received an e-mail telling me that my model was on its way. It has indeed reached me, thanks to the efficiency of the French Post Office, which I strongly urge you to emulate... Yours sincerely
The model I chose in the wooden model section ended up being a plastic model of a kinder for adults. Moreover I received the order after more than three weeks ..... too bad for my father's birthday ... big big disappointment
First the order was not processed then I had to file several complaints and when I threatened to take legal action my request for processing was heard. Not recommended SUGGESTION: THE REMOTE CONTROL IS MISSING FROM THE FLYER!!! ACCORDING TO THE DESCRIPTION THIS IS PART OF THE PACKAGE! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE MINUS STARS. With reference to the impertinent response to my review, I would like to comment because my case was only processed when I contacted trustpilot. Nobody was able to help me for more than 8 days. I was always sent a message in bad German in which I had to keep telling them exactly what the problem was.

I ordered Scary Terry with the sword hands and got a completely different Scary Terry. I just hope that Krombobulus Michael's leg matches the color later. It doesn't look like a fake, which is why I'm keeping it, but it wasn't my order. That's why I won't be buying from you again and can't recommend you to anyone.
