Helaas na ruim 3 weken nog niks ontvangen Ik heb op 23 januari een bestelling gedaan en betaald. Ongeveer 2 weken geeft de track and trace aan dat het pakket moet worden opgehaald door de bezorgdienst. Dit gebeurt maar niet. Twee keer gemaild en de toezegging gedaan door 1001hobbies dat het snel op de post zou gaan. Helaas nog geen resultaat. Ik hoop dat deze review 1001hobbies tot actie aanzet. ik hoop dat jullie dit bericht serieus nemen. Ik heb gelijk betaald. Nu moeten jullie mijn bestelling snel op de post doen. Mochten jullie willen reageren? Doe dat dan maar in het Frans. Dan kunnen jullie wellicht beter uitleggen waarom het zo lang duurt!

Very bad experience. The order arrived on December 21 and was not what we expected so we requested a refund on December 27 and sent the package. The transport company informed us that the package had been received by 1001 maquetas and after seeing that the 15 days for the refund had passed we wrote to them to find out why they had not contacted us and had not made the refund of the amount 7995€. It is a scam we have been robbed and after writing several emails no one has contacted us.

SCAM They claim to have never received my payment, even though all the information was correct and my bank confirmed that I sent the payment. They spam mails that I say ""it appears we haven't received your payment"" and when you try to solve the issue they just stall. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Delivery time FAR TOO LONG! With a .co.uk website and a UK contact number, assumed it was a UK based company as nothing to give true location obvious on website. MISTAKE. Ordered two in-stock items on 23rd December and received 9th February. Far too late to be of any use and ignored all my polite requests to cancel order and refund. Accept Brexit excuse but expected delivery delays should be made much more obvious at time of order. Covid is not acceptable as every other supplier is managing perfectly well. Will not trouble them with my business again.

I was asked to review my experience before receipt of goods.... mah! Anyway I describe my experience (still unfinished): January 17 order sent from 1001 but never arrived at destination.... second order from 3001 .... merged with the first one (probably the goods returned to the sender) the two orders were merged but as of today (February 8) still not shipped. One does not expect Amazon's punctuality and speed but some more info and above all avoid sending messages ""goods to destination"" when you still do not know where it is. Dreadful service - avoid this company Ordered a model on 31st December and it only arrived on the 6th February. Only managed to get hold of their customers services to find out what was going on three times - many emails got ignored or unanswered. Model was shipped to the UK from France and the excuse given was distribution problems and brexit but I had ordered another model from a supplier in France on 22nd January and it arrived just 8 days later so I cannot accept this. After waiting six weeks, I even had to demand my money back. I did get my model eventually, but absolutely dreadful, shocking customer service. I will never use them again and strongly suggest that anybody else think very hard before doing so either. A horrendous exercise in misery and pain.
