Unfortunately there is no item description, which didn't bother me at first. Only after the order arrived did I notice that there were two different parts per set. Not too dramatic. However, shipping took a whole 12 days from receipt of payment to handover to the shipping service provider, even though the parts were in stock according to the homepage. The confirmation that my order was being processed was successful after 3 days, which is a relatively long time. Probably my last order from this retailer.

Gift box received damaged
The product arrived incomplete. A claim email was sent to 1001 Hobbies with a photo and proof of purchase, but no result. to date

Already placed several orders where unfortunately some things went wrong; wrong items delivered and shipments (paid for separately) put together for one shipment. The latter has since been rectified and refunded by them. But communication is not always smooth. In normal mail traffic usually no answer, only in reviews. Also a lot of unnecessary mails and unclear history about orders. Rather have the impression that 1001hobbies belongs to the category "dozenschuivers" than a webshop with knowledge of business. Plus point is that they offer a lot but this belongs to the stock of suppliers. Prices are sometimes also quite high...

Orders take a long time to be processed and shipped. Information on delivery dates is inaccurate.
I had ordered a different tank than the one I already received,otherwise it would have been a good service
1 purchase and the last and not due to covid the slowness of delivery. I ordered in Spain and on other sites and everything arrived on time..never again for me.
Very expensive product, compared to other sites and long delivery.
The waiting time to receive it is long and there is little information on its status at any given time.
The Humbrol paints are fine, but the shipping speed and quality of container used leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered quite a few paints and they were just tossed into a slightly padded envelope with no additional protection. I am glad none of my paints broke or opened up in transit. Supplied tracking was in French and difficult to figure out. Took over two weeks to receive what I ordered. I am happy about getting the paint supplies I needed, but I will look for a different supplier for any future orders. Thanks anyway.
This transaction was really weird. The order was done via eBay. It took forever to arrive--3 weeks. I tracked it, and discovered that item was if I never bought it, AND it showed up $20 more! Very confusing. I actually thought I didn't REALLY order it! Then poof, it arrives on my doorstep days later, in a huge box! The item box was only 11 inches long and 3 inches tall. I could have fit at least 6 of those boxes (air to air missiles for F16 models) in that 1 huge box. No wonder the shipping charges were so high! I feel like I have been ripped off a little bit because of the shipping. Unfortunately, they were the only ones that carried this item so I'm not sure what I'm gonna do when I need item again for my special needs son of 30 years.
Finally received after an uncertain period, no track and trace working properly. I am not yet convinced to order here again, maybe if the service improves.

Delivery seems longer then average. Good point can produce the priduct your want but at a price.
Not very good stock management, as the order was placed when one of the two pieces was no longer available. No customer follow-up regarding supply, the customer has to call the site again to get news. On the other hand, the refund was made without any constraints and within a reasonable time.
Correct shipment BUT products not tested, result: unusable products

Paid for a 2/3 day delivery of a product supposedly available on the website. It arrived 10 days later when I was already on vacation. No excuse, no refund of shipping costs...

Took a long time until it arrived
Order received, great packaging etc. Only point of note is the lack of communication after ordering. After I placed my order on the website there was no confirmation that the order had gone through or was in process, something almost all other websites do. Eventually, after some searching I found all the details on the site itself but a simple email after an order is often enough to let them know that the order has gone through properly and is being processed. Now I spent a time waiting in uncertainty, which was unnecessary.
The decal sheet does not include any insignia. I would have expected that at a price of 20€.
Delivery a week late and no reply to 1001 hobbies contact email.
Rather than send the item I ordered in the first place.I was offered a 10 euro voucher to spend in shop.I have requested they send the correct item as it was not cheap.

Partly very confusing
It was frustrating to wait three weeks for my small purchase of paints. No models, no glues, nothing but paints. I guess one should expect some time lag for items purchased from Europe but next time I'll look domestically.
Site is fine to use. Just a shame that you can order items that are not available (afterwards). If you opt for a refund, a bridging period of 14 days is generous. Contact by phone is not easy, due to a language barrier you have to make more effort to explain your "problem". Delivery seems to have been without any problems.
The website does not work smoothly, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. fortunately the choice is wide and the handling perfect. top company.

Good product, only shipping costs I find too expensive ( 7 euros is a bit ) sometimes I want to order extra things afterwards, but then the shipping cost is very expensive to order.
The offer gave the impression that the pilots were painted, but they weren't, which is a shame. A small hint would have been enough for the price.
When I received the parcel, one of the paint cans was open and the paint had spilled into the envelope. A second can was badly closed and half emptied. 🙁

Waited a little too long for a reason (product not in stock) for which my orderlling was delayed... Regrettable
Happy with the purchase, but the product was indicated for immediate shipment, in the afternoon, and finally left after 6 days, after 2 unanswered emails and several calls, only 1 of which was answered. It was to be offered on Tuesday, but arrived on Wednesday.
Not satisfied with delivery times. Birthday gift arrived very late, even though everything was available. Too bad
I actually had two of the same items ordered from them. They were shipped separately by 1001 hobbies. The first package was fine. The second arrived damaged with the items box partially crushed. Be aware that they are shipping from France, not Michigan.
