Incredibly slow delivery time. Paid for express shipping (max. 1 week) and recieved my order a month and a half later. The order tracker and invoice stated all the items were packaged however there was an entire kit missing. Not impressed whatsoever. Don't buy from this site.

It was almost impossible to contact me by phone in the morning or in the afternoon to find out what had happened to my order. On the 12th day I had a contact person who told me that the 2 missing books had arrived and that my order would be dispatched the same day.
