Order placed on Monday evening 301120, processed and dispatched on 31220. Delivery by mondial relais on 101220 picked up on 111220. 3 days to process the order and prepare the shipment is largely satisfactory for a pre-Christmas period when potentially there may be more orders to manage, especially since all the paint cans were well packed with protective bubble wrap, so there was no possibility of them bumping into each other. The only minor disappointment is that I could have collected my parcel a day earlier, but I didn't receive any SMS or e-mail notification informing me of the parcel's arrival at the relay point. I don't think this problem comes from 1001maquettes but rather from mondial relais, so I'll leave the 5 stars. So remember to check the parcel tracking on the mondial relais website in case you too don't receive any notification. Correction: I received the e-mail from 1001maquettes informing me of the arrival of my parcel at the relay point after I had already collected my order and 24 hours after the real moment of availability of the parcel in the relay point. I think this delay must be due to the inertia of the procedure that mondial relais sends the notification to 1001maquettes who then contacts us again. I'll leave you to it, I've got a make-up.

Placed an order and then my problems started! Had no order confirmation just payment details upon further investigation the website came up as a scam! Sent an enquiry to them and asked them to cancel my order and also enquired as to what was wrong with their website unfortunately this resulted in several rude emails from them refusing to cancel my order and not once explaining what was wrong with their website.However my order did arrive and sadly not the best quality! I would recommend shop around for your models and avoid these people.

Thank you to 1001 model kits for the Supermarine S6 seaplane kit I ordered. Every thing came as described and was delivered safely by Hermes. I will look forward to building this kit as I have not built one of these before. Thanks to all concerned for a great service.

I'd like to come back to my previous negative review. The after-sales service contacted me on 2 occasions to try and find a solution with their supplier for the missing parts. I appreciate this commercial approach and hope that it will help me to find a solution.

Product bleek na 3 weken niet op voorraad te wezen/ niet leverbaar te zijn waarbij eerder verteld werd dat het onderweg was en de week na besteldatum zou worden verzonden. Helaas is de webshop onbereikbaar per telefoon en krijg je vreemde half franse e-mails terug wanneer je contact zoekt. Nu bleek dat mijn bestelde product niet geleverd kon worden kreeg ik eerst een mail met 3 opties: annuleren en geld retour een credit of een alternatief product. Na gemaild te hebben dat ik de order graag gecancelled zie en mijn geld retour krijg. Vervolgens komt er een nieuwe mail binnen waarbij de optie tot terugbetaling van de bestelde goederen is weggehaald maar geen response op mijn eerder gestuurde e-mail.. beetje apart. Al met al tot dusver een slechte ervaring en mijn geld nog niet retour ik vermoed dat dit een ongoing story gaat worden gezien het stroeve verloop tot nu. Mochten de zaken binnen korte termijn netjes en correct worden opgelost pas ik uiteraard mijn review hiernaar aan.
