Honest but a bit slow

Products as ordered. The only drawback is the price of delivery, which is still too high, especially for the packaging, which is still very mediocre.

I followed the instructions as to which colors to buy for the model purchased as a gift. I ended up with 0 matches with the indications on the box. Extremely disappointed and unworthy service. I booked a product well before Christmas..7.12.20. It was in stock! I then received an email about to be delivered with tracking not available for 48 hours on 18.12.20which never got beyond expecting..then suddenly after Christmas another email saying was delivered 29th December. Will never use this company again. Very very disappointed. All communications when I could get them in French.
