Everything was done correctly using website. The only complaints if you want to call them that is that the phone support was only in English (and so to avoid mistakes I did it myself using the site) and secondly the whole COBI catalog was not available (the selection was wide anyway) and some things I was looking for were not there... we will try again maybe later. I'm afraid that you choice of couriers... I'm afraid that you choice of couriers has prevented you from getting 5 stars. My experience of them is that they don't communicate very well and fail to deliver on the scheduled date when they do communicate.

It was just a pity that the models you didn't have in stock weren't indicated. So it took almost a month from the order (November 17) to payment by credit card and delivery... in mid-December... But you have some interesting models. In any case, I can recommend your brand without hesitation.
