Took a long time until it arrived
Order received, great packaging etc. Only point of note is the lack of communication after ordering. After I placed my order on the website there was no confirmation that the order had gone through or was in process, something almost all other websites do. Eventually, after some searching I found all the details on the site itself but a simple email after an order is often enough to let them know that the order has gone through properly and is being processed. Now I spent a time waiting in uncertainty, which was unnecessary.
The decal sheet does not include any insignia. I would have expected that at a price of 20€.
Delivery a week late and no reply to 1001 hobbies contact email.
Rather than send the item I ordered in the first place.I was offered a 10 euro voucher to spend in shop.I have requested they send the correct item as it was not cheap.

Partly very confusing
It was frustrating to wait three weeks for my small purchase of paints. No models, no glues, nothing but paints. I guess one should expect some time lag for items purchased from Europe but next time I'll look domestically.
Site is fine to use. Just a shame that you can order items that are not available (afterwards). If you opt for a refund, a bridging period of 14 days is generous. Contact by phone is not easy, due to a language barrier you have to make more effort to explain your "problem". Delivery seems to have been without any problems.
The website does not work smoothly, otherwise it would have been 5 stars. fortunately the choice is wide and the handling perfect. top company.
Delivery took a lot longer than advertised.
Good product, only shipping costs I find too expensive ( 7 euros is a bit ) sometimes I want to order extra things afterwards, but then the shipping cost is very expensive to order.
The offer gave the impression that the pilots were painted, but they weren't, which is a shame. A small hint would have been enough for the price.
When I received the parcel, one of the paint cans was open and the paint had spilled into the envelope. A second can was badly closed and half emptied. 🙁

Waited a little too long for a reason (product not in stock) for which my orderlling was delayed... Regrettable
Happy with the purchase, but the product was indicated for immediate shipment, in the afternoon, and finally left after 6 days, after 2 unanswered emails and several calls, only 1 of which was answered. It was to be offered on Tuesday, but arrived on Wednesday.
Not satisfied with delivery times. Birthday gift arrived very late, even though everything was available. Too bad
I actually had two of the same items ordered from them. They were shipped separately by 1001 hobbies. The first package was fine. The second arrived damaged with the items box partially crushed. Be aware that they are shipping from France, not Michigan.
I'll give you a better grade if I receive the 2 missing jars.
Waiting too long
Before ordering, I asked for the dimensions, they were sent to me but they did not correspond at all to the product. I will send the product back.

The packaging was perfect, but once removed, the box was missing two seals. Someone probably opened it before packing it.
Product fine, delivery was delayed.

Hello Ordered Smith Rotterdam at 1/75th the box was delivered damaged because the packaging was of very poor quality (packed in a simple plastic bulpack). Fortunately the kit is not damaged, too bad because the box billing boats is very beautiful.
It took a few emails to get a clear and complete answer to my requests. Today everything is OK and I have received my two orders. I am waiting for the 3rd. Thank you and I maintain my confidence in you.
It's a pity to sell items that don't come with instructions in French, especially when you're just starting out in the discipline. I still don't know how to fly my helicopter.

What I ordered is okay, but the time between ordering and having paid and arriving at my place is far too long for a website at 6 days. I have emailed you about this before but received no reply. This also happened to me with a previous order and then the excuse was a computer malfunction. Also, when I call I get a French voice on the line, which doesn't help either. Nice box, but some parts are missing. I'm waiting for the after-sales service to get back to me.
In stock on the site, I pay and I pay to have my order in 48 hours. In real life, one of the two products was in restocking and I had to wait 10 days to get my products. Otherwise, once received, the products were in excellent condition.
No problems with delivery, but I ordered a model with illegible instructions and an important element missing for construction. This is the second time I've ordered from 1001hobbies, and the first time there were no problems! Maybe it's just a mistake, but I still recommend the site.
Too many status mails, no real response to my request, item badly packaged and therefore crumpled.
