The only problem was not knowing by what means the shipment arrived: in the end it came by ""Correos""" from Barcelona.... but nobody told me...One fine day we found the package in my name and that was it...more than the delivery time, we should insist on informing the agency-company in charge of the delivery of the shipment.

This is a quality kit but let down by flimsy and ill defined instructions. Diagrams are poor and the order of construction is not clear. Parts are of a high standard and the tyres (for both models-custom and stock) particularly good. So good kit but the instructions -on two sides of one sheet of paper-lack clarity.

The order went very well and the delivery could have been faster.

Very good selection and service. Large selection of paints and models at reasonable prices. Fast shipping. Online catalog could be more detailed with better translations. Even if there are images, a tank, for example, is not""reservoi"" as in poor Chinese translations, but a tank: searches on the site must be disrupted by this.

My first order arrived damaged from shipping- no fault of 1001..but they were very helpful & sent a replacement right away.

I was a bit hesitant to place an order requiring overseas shipping from a shop new to me especially for a kit offered at a reasonable price which seemed out of availability everywhere else in the world. What I received was a mint-perfect kit well packaged for safe shipping delivered with amazing speed and overall wonderful service!!! Just plain WOW. Would give more than five stars if I could!!!!

Delivered quickly and on time, but the rear spoiler is not at all centered in relation to the chest.
