Excellent customer service! Ordered a jigsaw puzzle for my Mom. Had a problem with shipping (it was accidently shipped to me rather than my Mom but this was a postal carrier error not 1001 Modelkits error). Staff at 1001 Modelkits helped correct the mistake by refunding half of my shipping. Really appreciated that! Would order from here again.

Service was quick and they kept you updated on the tracking and arrival of your purchase. Good quality product but did find it a little expensive compared to other sites.

Futaba antenna T8FG This antenna is not available in the US so I ordered it from another country. Took me 10 minutes to replace. Beats having to send your radio in to replace the antenna for a simple repair.
