My order took a month to be delivered. I placed the order on 16th November and yet it transpired that it hadn't even been dispatched until 30th. During this time, no reason or apology was sent to explain this delay. When the order eventually arrived it was incorrect. The only saving grace was that a refund was supplied for the missing items - but I would much rather have had them in a timely fashion.

Interminable shipping

I placed an order on November 4th. On November 25th it is pre-registered at the post office pending to be taken to the post office for distribution. Today is December 8 (more than 1 month after placing the order) and it is still pending to be taken to the post office for distribution.

An order shipped 3 weeks after purchase even though the products were not out of stock! The result was a birthday present that arrived after the due date... I called after-sales 3 times, only to be told each time that it would be shipped the next day... the next day from when? next week? What nonsense! No apology or commercial gesture on their part! Their customers mean nothing to them! I would advise anyone not to buy from them!

The two-week delay in dispatching the model was surprising in itself. The model was never delivered anyway, it's still in an inaccessible Mondial Relay depot that refuses to drop it off at the chosen relay point! I had a relay point 50 meters from my home (rue Vaubecour), but it was impossible to select it. The relay point on rue Tupin doesn't seem suitable to receive your products! What

Unfortunately, prices are extremely high compared to other model suppliers. Lead times are extremely long. I tested another supplier a week ago and received the mock-up within three days of ordering, with a price difference of 30% compared with your site. You'll understand that I won't be ordering from you again.

Order placed at the beginning of October with all products in stock on the site. The sum was debited from my account 3 days later even though the parcel had still not been dispatched!!!! 2 weeks later I phoned the customer service and was met by a charming person who assured me that I would receive the parcel in two days....... guess!!!!!!! Nothing after two days. The following week I call back and get the same person who's sorry and tells me she's seeing her boss about my order and has to call me back or send me a text message....... guess!!!!!! I'm still waiting for the sms!!!!!..... I call back the following week and again come across the same person and tell him of my dissatisfaction and request a refund for my order. He understands my request and guarantees that I'll get my refund at the end of the week...... guess!!!!!!! I had to call again the following week to find another person who finally refunded my money. In short, the site doesn't send orders and doesn't honor customer requests..... I've deleted my account. There are many other more competent sites in France and abroad.

For my first purchase on the site I had ordered a metal model, but I received a poorly made plastic one, with torn packaging and a scratched transparent presentation case that was impossible to put in a window. I haven't heard from them since, despite an e-mail exchange. I don't recommend

I ordered the 711 and it was supposed to be delivered on the 23rd ...nothing on the 24th ...message informing me that I had refused the parcel ?? on the 30th the parcel was available again ...but nothing at the relay point. today the parcel is apparently available again ...third trip to the relay point (time taken out of my working hours) still nothing ... more to come next week .

Wrong product delivered. After a long correspondence with sending pictures and barcode of the wrongly delivered item and return to France on own account again the same wrong item delivered. Very bad.

I have not received my order. I was informed that it was shipped on November 19. Nine days later I complained and was told that I would receive it shortly. On November 30 I inquired at Correos and was told that the package had not been delivered by the sender. On this site they offer items that they do not have in stock. When you pay for them the problems come and they hold your order until they receive the items. You offer solutions and they do not respond to your emails. It is a site that is based in Spain (Madrid) and they attend you by phone in French. You can check it. My order is paid and held.
