I cannot rate my order any lower. Not only did it arrive more than 15 days late according to the date indicated, but they also did not send one of the items I had purchased because they did not have it in stock. Not content with that, they have not even written me to tell me that they did not send it but they send me a discount voucher for that amount instead of making the refund because it is not a return but a failure in their warehouse. They impose an abusive price (about 70 euros) to avoid paying shipping costs and try to correct their mistake with a discount voucher that of course I do not intend to use because I do not intend to trust this company.

Hello, my order was placed a few days before Christmas. It was not a problem that delivery would be delayed - especially because of the holidays. However, in the days that followed I kept getting emails asking me to complete the order even though I had transferred the amount. I received no reply to my e-mails. Only after contacting Paypal was there a brief response. When I placed the order with "1001Modellbau"" before Christmas, I was of the opinion that it was a German model making mail order company. If I had known that the company was based abroad, I would not have placed an order. Because of the current problem with Covid-19, I always have orders delivered to packing stations (which are operated by DHL) whenever possible. This is usually no problem with German retailers. Due to negative experiences, I know that delivery from other European countries to packing stations is often not possible - for whatever reason. This is also the case in this case: although a Packstation is specified on the delivery address, the goods were sent with dpd. It is possible that the shipment will be lost for a few euros, but with an order value of approx. 100 euros I will try to get the money back. My suggestions for improvement: 1. better organization of the ordering process 2. better communication with the customer 3. clearly formulate the delivery conditions or indicate the logistics partner clearly when ordering.

On 3-11-2020 I placed order 061QQVVVGO. On 7-11-2020 I placed the order UXCLSJOPI. These two orders are grouped in another one with number 229785 with date 13112020. Still waiting I paid roughly $50 for a model plane and another $45 to have it expedited shipping to arrive between December 21 - December 24th before Christmas. Also included in the $45 shipping was a tracking number. Unfortunately the tracking company was only in French so so couldn’t understand it. It is December 29th and I still haven’t received the model. My uncle also Ordered the same model and he is experiencing the same thing. All it says on your website is December 21st your package arrived in your country. Nothing else. I am so disappointed. This Was the model planes my uncle and father flew in Vietnam and I was so excited to get it for him. I don’t even know if it’s still coming or if I lost my money.
