After having ordered 6 products which were in stock...the company after 10 days of waiting without news announces to me after I contacted them that 2 products are unavailable and that they will refund me. I receive the rest of the order and 1 product is missing. They told me that it too was unavailable and that I would be reimbursed once again. I've been waiting 11 days for my refund. I only have a credit note for the first 2 products and nothing for the 3rd. This company is not serious. At the time of my order, the products were all in stock and available. No apology or compensation from them...Given the price of the models, it's a shame. I don't recommend this site, which lacks seriousness. The 14 days are a lie. It's been 18 days and I still have no refund in sight... I've had to threaten to sue them for fraud so that they'd get back to the accounting department, which I haven't heard anything about...

The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!!! After communication i am now considered a""cheater"" and refund is refused. it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher. As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now.... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye. As answered below i was now a cheater who pretends to be not having received the parcel. Ridiculous.

I only ordered products noted""in stock"". After 1 week my order was not sent because a product was missing. Complaint and promise of reimbursement, order sent. A product damaged during shipment (unpacked model brush) and still no refund for the missing product 5 weeks later. In the end, I only lost a few euros, but I doubt I'll be ordering from this site again.
