The package was not sent as a gift as requested and was not marked as a gift with contents of no commercial value. The recipient in Israel must pay customs and fees. please forward to the sender.
I mistakenly made a scaling error on some parts that I sent back without anything happening despite reminders. When you register my credit, the bill will go up by itself. For the moment I don't find you very efficient.

Sinds 10 september staat het pakket bij PostNl als 'aangemeld' maar vandaag 6 oktober nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op een mail van vrijdag 2 oktober j.l. geen enkele reactie. The instructions are very bad. They trell you to hit a bind button that is not there. My boat has a sticky rudder so it cannot turn left.
Model didnt arrive. No response from customer service. Now having to try and get refund from credit card company. Update.. 10pm Mon 5th Oct. Still no contact from customer service... Didn't receive any address verification email, just one saying it was in transit and then one saying it was delivered. UPS courier service admits they can't give me proof of delivery (despite address being a very well known naval base) and UPS advise me to take up with sender. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my son, but nothing arrived. Really disappointing.
My order was packed well shipped promptly (especially considering the craziness of ordering something from overseas right now with the Covid-Craziness) and the prices were reasonable. I'll happily deal with this vendor/business again.

I received an incomplete box with lots of items missing and replaced by duplicates that I did not want !!!!!quitte french weapon set 1 AASM 4 pcs and GBU12 4 pcs absent and replaced by M2K fuel tanck 4 pc

Hello I'm a beginner model maker and I've come across your site to order the equipment I need to get started in good conditions. Model paints workstation carpets various tools etc.. My dissatisfaction concerns a pair of pliers with black handles sent with the kit (6 paints, 3 brushes, glue and pliers). I find it difficult to supply a lower-end pair of pliers. Useless because not fine enough to scratch. The blue-handled pliers sold separately are apparently of much better quality, and in any case usable because they're finer. Hello.i'm not happy with your service.i sent you back a new airplane received damaged. You did nothing except to send it back to me with a letter saying that you had called the distributor and that it was a manipulation to be done on the transmitter. I called kyosho myself, who confirmed that they had never distributed this kit in BNF (without radio and batteries).I called your secretary a fortnight ago, who has done nothing since. What's more, the first time I sent the kit back, I was obliged to pay 11euro40 for the colissimo because your secretary confirmed that she had omitted to send me the return barcode. I only had the sav code.

Ik heb ze een keer telefonisch te pakken gekregen. Toen meldden ze dat ze nog wachtten op 1 product en dat mijn bestelling op 17-9 verzonden zou worden. They advertised and shipped the wrong... They advertised and shipped the wrong item. Then they suggest I pay to return it, then they stop responding to email. I will not pay to ship and then pay again to return an item that I did not order. Not very good customer service.

Just don't order!!! Item is damaged I can't send the item back via my customer account none of the phone numbers work and the customer service by e-mail doesn't answer either. I want to return the item and get my money back! It's great that there is a 30-day return option - but it's no use if you can't reach anyone by phone, email or customer account! Just don't order anything!!! EDIT: After my review on this portal, I have now received an e-mail and can send the item back against payment of the postage costs. However, both the item and the packaging are damaged (I had attached pictures to my email), which is probably the fault of the manufacturer and the shipping company. However, the seller and not the buyer is liable for this (entrepreneurial risk and buyer protection), which is why the seller must actually bear the shipping costs. And both telephone numbers (0308 09 35 7 83 and +49 692 045 79 231) do not work.
I've ordered a few things and was kindly given a ��5 voucher to use for my next purchase. When I tried to use the voucher it wa refused. NOT IMPRESSED! My last order was accepted and one model was delivered but the secon""out of stock"". I was not told this until after delivery. NOT IMPRESSED! I have asked for a refund of the out of stock ited. As yet no reply. NOT IMPRESSED! I will not be using 1001 Modelkits again.

Very disappointed! Product code MT72010. 172nd Mini Art Housits. 4 plates. Two brown and two gray. The grey ones had small parts to assemble. Impossible to do so as the plastic was very brittle. The other plates oozed and left red marks on fingers and worktop. (The product was intended for a child...) All from a very rough mold. Zeer slechte winkel!! Precies vandaag ben ik al 7 weken bezig om mijn bouwpakket compleet te krijgen. Toen het pakket binnen kwam miste er 1 zakje met wat kleine onderdelen. Na diverse emails waar geen reactie op kwam, heb ik via Facebook contact gezocht. Hier kreeg ik snel reactie en het zou opgelost worden. Sinds het contact via Facebook is het 5 weken van meerdere berichten en belofte, maar ik heb nog steeds mijn bouwpakket niet compleet. Ik zit nu dus met een bouwpakket van €70,- die ik niet kan bouwen. Bestel niks bij deze winkel!
