A little disappointed but I inadvertently did not note that the model was in cardboard. Otherwise satisfied with the shipping and protection of the product.
Waiting 3 MONTHS for this order may be a bit long...

Product was as described and arrived quickly. I did however have problems with the VAT being charged twice on my order. Customer services were unable to rectify so in the end I had to claim the VAT back from the HMRC myself. All in All the product ended up being competitively priced, but the work to get the VAT rectified was abit of a pain.
Shipment did not go well. Ordered June 1, received June 22. Getting in touch with you guys is very difficult. No response to emails and after calling very often got someone on the phone. After contact the shipment did go well.
Quick delivery but packaging not strong enough to cope with the delicate nature of transporters.... Box arrived partially crushed, parts detached and damaged.
Search sometimes irrelevant, too many results unrelated to the words searched for. Long delivery times.
The site says delivery time 5-7 days, but that turns out to be 5-7 days in with them and only then is it shipped to us.
The package containing the models was delivered to me instead of my brother as I had requested and paid. I will send the package to him United Parcel Service on Saturday when I have time.
As my order was missing an item, it remained on hold for several days, and I had no information, unlike the spam reminders for new orders.... I had to find the phone number to get any news about the reasons for the delay in my order. Once received, the order itself suited me and was compliant. 15 days delay due to a missing product
Received my order incomplete. Missing 1 reference. Customer contact made on 11/06 by e-mail. Waiting for a reply from them. But don't worry, they're a very serious company and have never had any problems to date.
Took months before I received the order. Moreover, the wrong product was delivered first. I also found it annoying that email communication was in three different languages. Sorry folks, but there really is room for improvement.
The error of the first package is due to human error. The person did not package the correct product. We regret this incident.

No order tracking, at least I had to ask several times for a tracking number and finally one was provided, the delivery time was too long and the descriptions were not detailed enough.

Good quality products but delivery time a bit long
They have taken 2 weeks to send material that they told me they would send in a few days. Besides when entering the address I selected Spain and Canary Islands and they charged me 75€ for shipping. Then I asked them to change it and return it to me but they took a long time to answer and now they say that it takes 14 days to return... we will see how it goes... but they don't return me all the postage even saying that the postage was free... I don't understand very well but with all these difficulties I prefer to finish with the subject and forget about 1001 hobbies, there is a lot of web with excellent service to waste time in a web managed from France and with a rather weak service (maybe it was bad luck in my order, I don't know, but I regret having bought in this web).

Came reasonably quickly to UK, took a few days to be dispatched in France, but to be fair I used the standard cheapie delivery option. Don't really tell you it is in France until you complete the order, so could be more transparent. Still, I would use them again and got a 'hard to find' elsewhere item, so on balance I would recommend, provided you don't need it next day or 2 day delivery to the UK.

Before placing an order for 460 €, I wanted to call for information. The person who answered seemed to know nothing about her subject. After putting me on hold, she simply hung up on me. For the rest nothing to say, but not sure that I place another order. A little professionalism from your staff would not be a luxury.
Choice, fair prices, express delivery, but I only needed 5ml micro jars, not 18ml, I only have one model to make exceptionally, and now I find myself with 14 almost new jars to throw away! what a waste of money Michel!

Communication in french from the m9eder company is not very convenient. Also the status of the order, what is and isn't in stock and what will eventually be delivered was unclear. Therefore, it was a pleasant surprise that the entire order was delivered complete.
Order conformed. Delivery very long 15 days for 4 to 6 announced damage
The guard rails that come with the Carrera One! racetrack for the corners are very tricky to attach!
I deplored the lack of responsiveness: following my order, after several reminders, I was informed that the desired item was out of stock. So I chose another item.... no reply, then a notice that my order had been dispatched, on which I noticed that all the paints (and other accessories) were there, but that the main item, a boat, was waiting to be restocked"..... I'm worried because it's a birthday present and I'm afraid I won't receive it in time. In the end, delivery was made the very next day and everything was there, but communication was poor. What a shame! (Well, I haven't seen the model yet, it's packed and the recipient will open it tomorrow: I hope he'll be satisfied).

I had to pay £40 import duty on the delivery which was not made clear.
Since the Brexit, the orders above 135 £ are subject to taxation by the English customs. We deplore this situation, but we warn our customers.

Too long to deliver

I think you should place the decal sheets in rigid envelopes. For the decals (for the manufacturer) it's a pity, for a N°, for example the 2, to put only 2 on the sheet, it limits the number of registrations in the same font, I can only make a plane with the 2-LH for example and can't make the 2-LA or 2-FH etc...
One reference missing on 4 and if I hadn't been bitching about it I think I'd still be waiting. Didn't bother to contact me to apologize for the delay. Didn't even send a partial order. I had time to order 2 times in Japan and 2 times in Belgium and received the kits before. Very disappointing experience. Wouldn't do it again.

Product in order. Customer service poorly accessible. Answering machine not in Dutch. Time between ordering and receiving far too long. When you ask a question on the site you get no answer.
Took ages to get the model .have to pay yo use PayPal. And the you have to pay for delivery. So not happy. I will not use 1001 unless I have to. Sorry but I could have got this product as cheap but quicker if amazon
Delivery times of over a month for items indicated as being in stock, or 5 days at worst. Delivery to a relay point was also complicated because the location changed several times (despite the fact that they were open). There was no signature when the parcel was collected from the self-service point with the name clearly visible. Fortunately, we were happy with the items, which met our expectations, especially 1 that we couldn't find anywhere else! In short, don't be in a hurry!
The only tracking information provided to the customer is the payment receipt, the arrival of the parcel at the delivery point and the collection of the parcel from the delivery point. The order processing time is very long (it's certainly advertised)... so long that items in stock when the order is confirmed are no longer in stock when the order is prepared. And the customer receives no information. 1001hobbies offers RC items that I can't find on other sites in France... This state of affairs should not lead to a lack of information for the customer.

Lack of clarity on delivery, takes way too long to know if order is approved....
