I had to pay £40 import duty on the delivery which was not made clear.
Since the Brexit, the orders above 135 £ are subject to taxation by the English customs. We deplore this situation, but we warn our customers.

I think you should place the decal sheets in rigid envelopes. For the decals (for the manufacturer) it's a pity, for a N°, for example the 2, to put only 2 on the sheet, it limits the number of registrations in the same font, I can only make a plane with the 2-LH for example and can't make the 2-LA or 2-FH etc...
One reference missing on 4 and if I hadn't been bitching about it I think I'd still be waiting. Didn't bother to contact me to apologize for the delay. Didn't even send a partial order. I had time to order 2 times in Japan and 2 times in Belgium and received the kits before. Very disappointing experience. Wouldn't do it again.

Product in order. Customer service poorly accessible. Answering machine not in Dutch. Time between ordering and receiving far too long. When you ask a question on the site you get no answer.
Took ages to get the model .have to pay yo use PayPal. And the you have to pay for delivery. So not happy. I will not use 1001 unless I have to. Sorry but I could have got this product as cheap but quicker if amazon
Delivery times of over a month for items indicated as being in stock, or 5 days at worst. Delivery to a relay point was also complicated because the location changed several times (despite the fact that they were open). There was no signature when the parcel was collected from the self-service point with the name clearly visible. Fortunately, we were happy with the items, which met our expectations, especially 1 that we couldn't find anywhere else! In short, don't be in a hurry!
The only tracking information provided to the customer is the payment receipt, the arrival of the parcel at the delivery point and the collection of the parcel from the delivery point. The order processing time is very long (it's certainly advertised)... so long that items in stock when the order is confirmed are no longer in stock when the order is prepared. And the customer receives no information. 1001hobbies offers RC items that I can't find on other sites in France... This state of affairs should not lead to a lack of information for the customer.

Lack of clarity on delivery, takes way too long to know if order is approved....
I bought two cans of spray paint, one arrived, but the other was not spray paint but a mini paint can.
The RC car we ordered arrived with the tyraps already cut. After this we found out that the remote control does not respond properly and the car suddenly goes backwards without you operating the remote. Still no response heard from 1001
Ultra fast delivery, but this model of soyuz is absolutely disgusting, full of burrs and molding defects, really amateur work, I'll have to buy a dremel and body filler to be able to save it, I give despite everything two stars because they are the only ones to make a model of soyuz.
Having to pay when you use PayPal is not good then you wait ages for the goods. I will only use you if I can't find the model else where..sorry I do expect a slightly better service .and service is very slow ....SORRY
Over a month to deliver and no reply to my reminder email!
On 04/27/2021 the order was placed and the payment was made. I picked up the package at the post office on 05/14/2021, after 18 days. It seems to me that this is quite a long delay for what most on-line orders take nowadays.

Order placed 22/4/ 2021 , goods received 03/05/2021. too many 13 days to receive the goods,and then the tracking number I received it 4 days before I received the goods.
I put this note for the packing which leaves to be desired the cardboard of the model is completely crushed following transport another packing would have been better if not order received with all the products for the remainder ras
Disappointed by this order . Contrary to what's written on the box, there are no detailed assembly instructions in French inside. What's more, I had to go and find the color references on the Net!
Unfortunately it took a long time before my order was sent while everything was supposed to be in stock. When I received the package on the 10th day after ordering, 1 of the 5 ordered items turned out not to be in it. I e-mailed about this myself and got the reply that the item was no longer in stock and that a one-time credit note for that value was put on my account. This reply was fortunately in Dutch because all other (automatic mail) came in French. Very disappointing for a first order.

I find the shipping costs high for a delivery in a relay point, a competitor for a little cheaper delivers at home and then a shower of mail that I find useless.
Thought I ordered a wooden reel about a meter in diameter. Apparently I misread the size. Bit of a shame

Order dated 24/03/2021 received on 29/04/2021-Italian mail is much more efficient, and anyway, having already finished the model, I no longer needed the requested goods
The stuff I ordered was ok But the delivery time was slow even allowing for the current problems. I had not realised that it was coming from France.
Sent me the wrong product and haven’t responded to my email querying the incorrect order.

Very poor service.Ordered some little bottles of acrylic paint a month ago and still haven’t received it.If I had known it was out of stock, I would have never ordered it.Building project severely delayed.
Took far to long to acknowledge problems with non delivery and needed PayPal's assistance in the matter.

Order well delivered but an email received every day for availability when product ordered and several emails sent to report the concern without any response.
I'm sorry, but when you buy for 170 euros in two weeks and 5 days later they give you a 10% discount, you feel like you're being taken for a fool. I don't appreciate it. We'll be sure to get back to you when you mention it.
It's a real mess to find the color selected by the model's documentation. While everything exists in your correspondence table, in practice it doesn't. You have to make approximate choices.

I find that you are often out of stock and that's a shame, I had ordered 2 bottles and you couldn't because you only have one and that still makes me lack today.
Products delivered in conformity and functional, but the times announced on the site are largely exceeded. Batteries ("in stock, delivery 5 to 7 days") ordered on 03/31 were delivered to me on 04/30. The mention "IN STOCK" and the recall of 2 French warehouses should be modified, since the products are stored in China!

This web site appeared to be a U.K. website, but item was sent from France, custom charges were more than 25% of the cost of the item which was not anticipated as bought from a U.K. website. Item did however arrive quite quickly but had some minor damage that was not worth sending back for. Overall ok but not sure i would use again.
I was hoping for more from the Zombi Pirates but unfortunately only the Davie Johns crew and that's a pity, definitely room for improvement!
Once again, an error in the products sent. I immediately informed and..... NO reaction. It's a pity. A few words to reassure the customer and repair the error (not serious) would suffice. It's not done. Why?......
