They keep you informed at all times of the entire process through which the order and shipment goes through. You don't even need to look at the tracking because they let you know when it arrives in Spain or is in delivery. The products arrived perfect and very fast considering that they had to be ordered from the factory.

Incorrect item delivered. After waiting several weeks for my international delivery (from 1001 Modelikits in France) instead of receiving the Huey Decal Set that I ordered I received decals for a Japanese warship! The company website gives no email contact details for customer service. Very disappointed.
