Zeer slechte winkel!! Precies vandaag ben ik al 7 weken bezig om mijn bouwpakket compleet te krijgen. Toen het pakket binnen kwam miste er 1 zakje met wat kleine onderdelen. Na diverse emails waar geen reactie op kwam, heb ik via Facebook contact gezocht. Hier kreeg ik snel reactie en het zou opgelost worden. Sinds het contact via Facebook is het 5 weken van meerdere berichten en belofte, maar ik heb nog steeds mijn bouwpakket niet compleet. Ik zit nu dus met een bouwpakket van €70,- die ik niet kan bouwen. Bestel niks bij deze winkel!

Order placed 8-20-20202 received 9/10/2020. All items ordered were there. Order was shipped 8/7/2020 All items were in stock. Why wait 7 days before processing the order? Took 8 days to go from France to US. - This is normal. Took 5 days to be delivered. Slow again. I'm giving a 3 out of 5 stars 1-3 days to make the order and ship it is acceptable. 7 days is not. Shipping cost at 24.00 is way too high. Box was mangled and crushed on one side but everything was OK You could read the contents of the shipping box because it had the invoice with the items clearly readable. One of the dumbest things I've seen. I gave you a fair shot at my business you took too long and cost too much.

After having ordered 6 products which were in stock...the company after 10 days of waiting without news announces to me after I contacted them that 2 products are unavailable and that they will refund me. I receive the rest of the order and 1 product is missing. They told me that it too was unavailable and that I would be reimbursed once again. I've been waiting 11 days for my refund. I only have a credit note for the first 2 products and nothing for the 3rd. This company is not serious. At the time of my order, the products were all in stock and available. A product damaged during shipment (unpacked model brush) and still no refund for the missing product 5 weeks later.
