The parcel arrived damaged, the parts are very disappointing, you have to cut out the pictures with scissors, the whole thing is very disappointing.

Quite disappointed with my order. I ordered a product that I had ordered before from 1001hobbies but what I received was different from the previous time. I recommended the correct product from a competitor's site, too bad.
At first I was afraid it was a fake website and I could whistle for my ordered stuff. I did not receive an order confirmation and the items remained in my store manager after payment. Important tip: pay with credit card then you are always insured. It is difficult to get in touch. I only received an email confirmation of my order after about 2 weeks. From then on everything went fine. I got a nice mail with track and trace and a message when the goods had arrived in the Netherlands. The goods are shipped from France so it takes a while before you receive it. My order looked neat and was shipped fine. Really important to pay by credit card because the bank withdraws your money the moment you don't receive the goods. Paying via iDeal at such a time means that you simply lose your money if your order does not arrive. It put my mind at ease. However, I will think twice before ordering here again given the lousy communication.
Too high unnecessary shipping costs relative to the item which could easily be sent by mailbox mail

I received 1 hu118 mat + 1hu 186 mat + 1 gloss 15 + 1 hu 65 mat , instead of 2 hu118 mat and 2 hu 186 mat , see the mail I sent you on your mail . (Error on your part)
Very good selection of products on the site, but very long shipping times because they often don't have the item available (which they mention only after the transaction has been completed) and in the meantime, customer service follow-up lacks responsiveness. Too bad

You come to 1001 Hobbies for the choice. On the other hand, the internet ordering system isn't quite up to scratch yet: 1) I'm very careful to choose only models that are immediately available, but unfortunately one of them isn't really available and the whole order is blocked for a week. It's not a big deal, and it may even be my mistake. 2) When the order arrives, a Mig21 has replaced the Avenger ordered. My son, who thinks the plane is cool, agrees to do it. I finally write to 1001 Hobbies to tell them we're okay with keeping the model in place of the Avenger, despite their mistake.... no reply... I'm left with the disappointment of not having received the model I wanted, and no response to the flexibility we've shown in dealing with a 1001 Hobbies error.... There's still room for improvement. I bought some letters, they arrived in good condition and everything was well packed, the bad thing is that I waited 3 weeks for the arrival of the package, it is true that the web specified that it would take 5 working days to be sent but it was sent on the 11th working day plus the time it took the courier to transport the box. On the 6th working day I asked about the package and they answered me saying what happened in the end.
I would put 4 stars, but an order of 02/13 was not received until 04/8 because one of the ordered products was not available. The whole order was held up and only after my complaint could it be solved, that's why it is 3 stars.

Because of the wrong first delivery (Australia) I only give a three.
In general average because I called to ask what I had to do if I was not there to pick up the order and on the phone you answer a recording in French in which I imagined it was them, no one answered me either and by email they did not answer either, the product is fine but the customer treatment at least in Spain leaves much to be desired.
The miniature is magnificent but the "vitrine" was all cracked, it's a shame. Then I received an e-mail "inciting" and that displeased me. But the site is nice and I think I'll keep ordering.
Product was only shipped 2 weeks after I ordered and paid for it. Shipping took almost a week. So in total, 3 weeks after my payment only received the product in my possession.
The plus: the best price for the chosen item compared with competitors. The minuses: free delivery, not for Belgium (unlike other French e-shops). The advertised delivery times (one week) are far too optimistic (in reality, two weeks).

Navigation straightforward when relevant section found. Unfortunately the item purchasrd was incorrect due to mislabeling. Two items with the same manufacturers number. Recived the incorrect items.
It took a very long time to receive my order,although the product was"available" on the site.I also received FRENCH language mails regarding the delivery. The product ordered is OK.

Correct shipping service but price a little high and delivery time exceeded by 2 weeks, as the item ordered was not in stock. Nevertheless, the item was shipped promptly.

Serious company, only note is that, perhaps due to the particular time, the delivery time was much longer than estimated.
The stated delivery times are largely disregarded. These are not necessities so this is not a real problem. I would say that honesty pays more than claimed efficiency.
