Navigation straightforward when relevant section found. Unfortunately the item purchasrd was incorrect due to mislabeling. Two items with the same manufacturers number. Recived the incorrect items.
It took a very long time to receive my order,although the product was"available" on the site.I also received FRENCH language mails regarding the delivery. The product ordered is OK.

Serious company, only note is that, perhaps due to the particular time, the delivery time was much longer than estimated.
The stated delivery times are largely disregarded. These are not necessities so this is not a real problem. I would say that honesty pays more than claimed efficiency.
Poorly packed book arrived damaged

I was not informed that my order for £291 was not being sent from the uk warehouse, but it was coming from franc , which then cost me £ 63 in inport tax and handling charges on top of my £291 if I had known I would not have made the purchase

The order was delivered quickly but due to a problem with the item ordered (an important part of the model was missing) I was unable to contact customer service online. No reply to my e-mail....
The shipping was a little slow and the product after comparing was quite expensive.
Delivery time much longer than advertised, even though I paid extra. No reply by e-mail when I tried to cancel my order seeing that it was taking so long.

Good value for money. Pity that unavailable products are displayed in search results. Order was over 1 1/2 weeks in transit, which I really find too long, tried to contact, no options except email (which was not responded to) and do not hide behind "that's because corona" because my order via another puzzle website, which was also delivered by postnl.nl did arrive after 1 day ... So moderately enthusiastic...
Delivery taking longer than expected
Charcoal arrived in several pieces, I wrote but no return. Delivery rather long but the rest of my purchases are ok... I would not recommend this site.

I was specifically looking for a dodge viper body for my electric rc car, and came across many nitro versions I thought I had finally found the right one with you, but was sent a nitro version This was a bit of a disappointment.The shipping and communication were otherwise very well organized, only I understood the French emails very poorly because I do not speak French
When ordering due to computer error, it was unclear who I had ordered from and ended up in the French website
I received the package damaged and crushed. Compared to your shipping rates, which I find a bit expensive, your packaging is not rigid enough. As a result, the products inside are a bit crushed for items I was planning to give as a birthday present in 1 week's time (I hope there won't be any unpleasant surprises when I unwrap the gift).

Too long to get our order in
Initially not a positive experience, made payment but did not receive an order, later seemed to have been a bug in the system. Unreachable by phone, repeatedly emailed, but that did not provide a solution. Finally got someone on the line, who solved everything nicely. Too bad my son didn't get the promised item to make up for it. Car is super cool though!
Unfortunately it took a long time for the order to be delivered.
Figure was unfortunately no longer in its original packaging and has color abrasion. Too bad.

The package came in a box 3 times the size of the package to be received, and, even so, it arrived dented. I understand that with all the packaging it had, it had not been in transit, but was already packed with the blow. The order has to be placed without premium, approx. 10 days to arrive.
Processing took too long, I placed an order on the site for items declared to be in stock, and in the end half my order was out of stock. 3 months later they warned me that one of the items was unavailable for an indefinite period and issued me a credit note. when I received the parcel, two items were missing and there was no order summary sheet inside. It was only later that I realized they were missing, and with the waiting time I thought I'd ordered the 2 missing items elsewhere.

40 days delivery time is a bit too long.
I ordered decals, several orders: very poor quality for a delay of 2 months for one of the orders. I threw money out the window and illusions.

Satisfied with the products, but the delivery did take a very long time. Was beginning to think I had booked on a fake account and could whistle for the products ordered. An email that there is a delay will not be bad for delivery problems.
