Op 10 september 2020 artikel TU00366 besteld en betaald. Sinds 10 september staat het pakket bij PostNl als �aangemeld� maar vandaag 6 oktober nog steeds niets ontvangen. Op een mail van vrijdag 2 oktober j.l. geen enkele reactie. Als ik bel krijg ik een engels sprekende voicemail. Communicatie langs Trustpilot werkt wel want het pakket is vandaag 12 oktober na een stevige en harde review op 6 oktober geleverd. 1001 Modelkits: doe wat aan je klantencontacten via email of telefoon anders redt je het niet.
