I ordered a Revell 1:500 Enterprise (Into Darkness.) It arrived very fast via international shipping (maybe 2-day.) The cost of shipping was a bit high but this is a difficult model to find in the States and the overall price was competitive or cheaper that what I was seeing elsewhere.

I'd like to give 0 stars but i dont have the chance. The parcel was according to 1001 Hobbies delivered in my mailbox which is actually not possible due to the size of product!!! After communication i am now considered as ""cheater"" and refund is refused. it just about 25 euros and now what they offer is just 10 euro voucher. As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye.
