Precies vandaag ben ik al 7 weken bezig om mijn bouwpakket compleet te krijgen. Toen het pakket binnen kwam miste er 1 zakje met wat kleine onderdelen. Na diverse emails waar geen reactie op kwam heb ik via Facebook contact gezocht. Hier kreeg ik snel reactie en het zou opgelost worden. Sinds het contact via Facebook is het 5 weken van meerdere berichten en belofte maar ik heb nog steeds mijn bouwpakket niet compleet. Ik zit nu dus met een bouwpakket van �70- die ik niet kan bouwen. Bestel niks bij deze winkel!
