Far from happy, I ordered on 2/12/2020 and my order was showing as in stock on your website, you took my payment immediately, a week later I received an email saying you where waiting for a delivery from a supplier, so it wasn't in stock, I then received an email to say my order had been despatched on 16/12/2020 with a tracking number, the tracking shows that the courier has not received the parcel yet, so this will not arrive in time for the present it was intended for. I will never use your company again

So thank you 1001 Hobbies because I don't have my Christmas presents !!!!! And yet when I ordered, you told me that my order would be delivered on 912. I am very very disappointed and scandalized by your lack of seriousness and responsiveness. In this story, the most penalized are my children, but it's not your problem, it's mine.

Ordered products and didn���t get a confirmation email just an email taking my payment. Researched website and it came up as a scam site, so sent an email cancelling my order and informing them that payment had been stopped. The next day received endless emails telling me couldn���t cancel my order etc etc. I did however receive delivery of the items however the boxes were damaged and looked like they had been opened and indeed sent out and returned before! All of the models had been removed from their spines and were just rolling around in the packaging. Not impressed and would never use these people again and would advise people to stay away from them. Especially as they are not the cheapest peo

The order arrived but contained a piece of heatproof glass with nothing else, certainly no model kit and not even a delivery note. I contacted customer service and 3 days later I received a response asking for photos of what I had received. I sent photos and another 4 days before I received a response advising the photos can't be opened and wishing me a happy Christmas season. I have resent the photos and received no response. I followed up with another email and almost a week later I have had no response. I paid over £50 for the kit and just want a refund now. I would not order again from this company. Mistakes happen but it's now two weeks ago since I reported the issue and I am not confident my money will be refunded.

I placed an order on December 7 and the site gave 2-5 days as shipping time. After a week has passed I write to customer service and they tell me that the products had just arrived in their warehouse and they would be shipping shortly. The shipment is not made and after several emails I see that the order status changes from ""in processing"" to ""package in preparation"". It has been in preparation for days now. This was a Christmas present that now can never arrive in time. What a disappointment.

Hello. Very poor quality Breguet 2 Ponts model with lots of black fingerprints and lack of material on some parts. Very disappointed considering the cost compared to current models. Slow, inefficient and embarrassing service. Almost a month waiting for news of my order and they only contacted me when I opened the lawsuit on PayPal! In the meantime the package had not even been prepared. They charge you the money instantly and you have to wait at least 14 days to get it back. It is a store unable to cope with the demand both for lack of stock and inoperability when it comes to managing orders. I do not recommend it and I invite any potential buyer to look at any other store before buying from them.

She asks me if I want to reorder and I say yes. That same afternoon I receive an email that says "Reference number: COBI-21076 is not available so I have generated a credit note of 1999 euros valid for 1 year and usable once". Annoyed by the non-return of the money and for acting for the second time in the future and to run with shipping costs and to suffer again all this bad experience I answer with another mail in which I ask for the return of the 1999 euros or to change it for another article of the same value. On December 10 I receive another email confirming that the new order has been modified with the new article. On December 15 I send another email due to the lack of news and with the loss of confidence in the good work of this company whose website says "shipping between 5-7 days" to complain about the delay and "hurry". In the order history I see that only one item out of six that I ordered is in stock and the rest is "in process".
