Update July 22 ""1001modellbau""-Team probably does not understand German Goods were returned and no refund was made. ->Because goods were not returned and another return bill was created. So once on July 2 a return slip and this was used for the return. Arrived on July 15 at 1001ScheißLaden Now on July 21 again a return slip with the request to return the goods. I am speechless !!!!!!!! My tip is not to order here !!!!!!!!! The store is so stupid and asks me for a rating if I have already given a negative rating. They don't understand German and I'm not sure about English. Update July 17th Goods were returned have arrived there on 15.7. On 17.7 after inquiry came the return message from 1001 the package has not yet arrived. -> Recognition super in wrong delivery and super in very slow processes this has nothing to do with COVID19. Unfortunately, one star has to be awarded here see this as a negative star. ------------------------------------------------------------ Ordered blue comp. and received black. After a very long wait, the parts were delivered Ordered components from Blackbull for an RC car color in blue. The parts arrived in black. After complaint no quick solution is focused but the supplier is contacted in this regard and time is lost further. Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Telephone recalmation not possible. Return bill has arrived let's see when the money will be transferred back.
I ordered 3 Futaba BLS 253 servos for €106 each and received them about 2 weeks later. Unfortunately, one servo was defective right from the start, so I filed a warranty claim. After some tough e-mail correspondence, I was given a return address to which I should send the servo with a copy of the invoice. According to DHL shipment tracking, the shipment was delivered there on 23.06.2020. On 20.07. I asked when I can expect a refund or new delivery. On 21.07. Reply from 1001 Hobbies that my shipment has not arrived there. A refund will only be made once the shipment has arrived. And I simply do not believe that 1001 Hobbies does not want to have received the shipment - this shows the non-existent service concept of 1001 Hobbies. For me this is dubious! Do you really need to do that? You probably have to personally hand in a return against receipt in France to get a refund. I assume that the customer is being deliberately cheated here with warranty claims. I will definitely never buy from this company again and advise everyone not to do so. A good company shows itself when it comes to problems or service, and you can't expect anything from 1001 Hobbies. One star is still too many.
Imagine I order 4 items (accessories since June 4, 2020) obviously already billed as usual but towers not delivered July 21. Do not order on this site a real scam!!!! Others are much better. Oh, by the way, this review will obviously not be validated because it's bad... several bad things...
1001 sucks If there was a zero rating l would use it. I ordered 2 separate decal sheets. One said ships today and the other said ships in 3-6 business days. After 14 days I contacted them and they told me one 1 item was out of stock and they advised they were looking for another supplier. I asked them to send me the one item they had and they refused. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund they refused stating their logistics would make that impossible. They also advised that their ""logistician""??? could not perform that function. They are as bad as the Chinese company Goutuin. They advertised and sold merchandise they didn't have and they also reused refund. In closing 1001 Hobby kits sucks and I will never do business with them again and recommend that you don't either.

Only use Paypal or Credit Card!!!! Wish I had seen reviews before puchase Ordered two items (value approx. 2x £100, Total £200) during Covid -19 (I totally appreciated the order was likely to be delayed). I paid extra for quicker shipping (with everything going on I honestly expected it to be delivered within 7-14 days). All items on the website said "instock" at time of order or I wouldn't have ordered them. A month later I had no sign of the order and it still said processing on their website. I emailed 1001 on 3 occasions to get an ETA for the order, I was eventually told the second item was "out of stock" (I beleive it was still being displayed as ""in stock"" on their website at that time...), I gave them the opportunity to provide two of the first item instead. That suggestion was ignored and I after I kept pushing they started a new thread to tell me again that the "2nd item was out of stock". Communication was next to useless, single response to each email thread followed by ghosting after that every time. I gave up and raised a PayPal claim. I warned them after making the claim and suggested the alternative again which they also ignored. I would not recommend and I can't stress enough to make sure you can claim if they don't deliver (only buy with PayPal or Creditcard). I'll give them the benefit of the doubt but it does smell dodgy.
During a period of Furlough I ordered a Vulcan model and full set of paints (29th May 2020) after seeing all items were available to order I waited until 18th June before querying where my order was. I got numerous responses saying ""Due to an error from one of our suppliers we are still waiting for the product"". They said it would be sent in 5 days. This didn't happen so I agreed a refund on 23rd June. I understand the impact of Covid19 but the e-mail clearly stated the refund would be completed within 14 business days. It is now 19 business days and despite sending another e-mail request for an explanation of when I would receive my refund (15th July) I have heard nothing and not been refunded. Availability poor and refund service even poorer.

Slow in shipping which you can not follow. And if the product is not there after waiting many days they send you a voucher to buy in their store. Charging you again for the shipping and start again the circul.
The model is not in cardboard but in paper, so I can't use it as I wanted. I'm very disappointed.

But no, all I got was a very thin jiffy bag to protect my item, resulting in the cardboard backing being damaged. Very surprising considering the collectable nature of the items they sell. Will not be shopping here again.

A catastrophe. still no reliable news and no parcels after 5 months!!!! And finally, after a number of unsuccessful complaints and phone calls: ""it's the post office's fault"" ""we don't understand"" ""let's go through the history together"" etc. answers next to products paid for when ordered and no follow-up or accountability with regard to their subcontracting. no seriousness no professionalism

This website doesn't really deserve a star. I ordered my item and had problems with my delivery address. But when these were finally resolved (supposedly) the goods were simply not delivered although they are (again supposedly) still in stock. Now six weeks after ordering, the shipment is not in sight. I can only advise against buying from this supplier and don't pay attention to the good reviews. Most of them are pretty obvious bots if you look at the name and structure of the rating.

Item not in stock despite saying it was, slower than expected delivery, no communication. Initial projection of a delivery date almost 3 weeks away from the order was disappointing. When the delivery date came, with no package appearing, I called up to check what had happened only to hear that the item I ordered wasn’t even in stock (it looked it was when I made the order), and they hadn’t told me. Apparently it’s in stock next week so will now be delivered the week after that for an overall FIVE week wait. Not happy. This should have at least been communicated. Should have ordered elsewhere.
