Maquettiste pass your way here is more than 5 months that I bought them an incomplete model and it offers me a credit of 5 euro!!! model received incomplete May 11, 2020 but there is no manual assembly no track (tank T 64) and no decal. Order: D2UEV0PVN placed on April 15, 2020 I notified them on May 11, 2020 and already at that time HE wrote me that we contact your supplier more than 5 months ago and that each message of reminder. In the meantime, within 4 to 5 days, I received three mock-up orders.
Catastrophic after 3 weeks of waiting and several calls from me to customer service an order finally arrived..... but it's not the order I made (there must be someone still waiting for his figurine while I'm still waiting for my paintings !!!!). Unable to contact customer service..... I don't know what's going on right now at 1001hobbies but it's just a charade...

Placed order n 197323 on March 17 nn I have received nothing contacted several times by email every now and then they respond but always with incomprehensible answers The last response was that I would be refunded this at the beginning of June then disappeared and no refund I have reported to both postal police and financial police only teasing bad experience

Ordered on July 2nd and received on the 22nd! One item was missing and the parcel was damaged. After complaining to the after-sales service, the item was returned to me with the wrong reference number (although I had indicated by e-mail that the reference number was correct, but not the description). I therefore received an article that did not correspond. When I complained, I was told, not very politely, that it was I who had given the reference number. I'm not responsible for your problems with reference numbers.

I have seen some less than complimentary reviews of this company. Yes they are in France - and that made no impact on my getting delivery of my order. Sure it took a few weeks but there is the Atlantic Ocean to cross and honestly the supplies I ordered made it over here in reasonable time the price was right and I am quite satisfied.
1001 Hobbies was awesome. Even though I was in the states they took the time to respond to me on any questions I had and were able to let me know when my models would be available. My box was slightly squished but I'm sure that has to do more so with the shipping than this company. Overall highly satisfied with the quality of customer support and prompt shipping. Thanks so much for fulfilling my order all away across the Atlantic.

Frankly inadequate. 9 days to ship a small photo-etched part which was in stock, then 15 days to arrive from Northern France to the UK. So 24 days in total. The management needs to review its procedures. There are plenty of model suppliers out there.
My first order was fantastic and smooth. DHL was expansive but incredibly reliable. No problem with that. My second order was with Callisimo which casted a lot of uncertainty because of previous first hand -ve experience. 13 days now after they claimed it has departed French airspace and I am still waiting for it here in HKG. We shall see.
2 months waiting to receive my order when it was supposed to arrive in 2 days! A partial delivery of available products was supposed to be sent immediately, but never left. As a result, THE product I ordered from this site is now unavailable. And to apologize, a 5€ gesture (for an order of 80). MINABLE! I'll never order again
Delivery far too slow, over 15 days. Order arrived incomplete. Figure arrived broken in packaging. I had to contact the after-sales service (efficient) and they sent me a voucher to be used on my next order (including high shipping costs for Belgium). This is the last time I order on this site, which was so long ago.

1001 is ridiculous 6 days ago l wrote a review under the title of ""1001 sucks."" On 7/23, l received an email advising me that my items had shipped and l would receive them in a few days. Well its now 7/27, and l have received nothing. I checked their sometimes working tracking site and it's difficult to understand because its all in French. I guess they don't understand that not everybody speaks French. As of today the tracking icon that shows you where the item is indicates that it is nowhere near being delivered. I don't even think it's reached the U.S. It seems they sent it via a raft. I don't expect it for at least another week. I noticed that while looking at other reviews the company only responds to positive reviews and publicly thanks those reviewers. However, they don't respond to negative reviews. I guess it's against their policies to publicly acknowledge and apologize for their mistakes. After my experience with this company l will never order from them again. I recommend you don't either. If you do it's at your own risk. You've been warned.
