It took 10 days after the order to tell me that an item was missing. I asked for a refund and then an email informed me that I would receive the item (which was almost twice as expensive as the competition) and then with 22 or 23 emails received it was too much Result: I received everything but it was very very complicated.

The company service worked well, delivery was complete but unfortunately delayed several times. It is unacceptable that the parcel was simply left on the street in front of the house without any notice, making it accessible to third parties. Several deliveries have already been lost in this way. The delivery service is beneath contempt and therefore in the bottom drawer. Something like this makes me think very critically about my customer relationship in future and possibly not order anything else.

Original order went missing, but they did re-send the order, but too late for Christmas. Inadequate communication from the start from 1001hobbies, which left us anxious for the 5 weeks between our order and eventual delivery, but we did receive our parcel in the end, containing a model which promises to be very exciting. I still don't know the reason for the delay, as my several messages to them have gone without reply. I guess they were busier than anticipated this year.

I ordered a submarine model for my son for Christmas ordering the recommend paints that were listed against the model. When my son opened the box to start to build the model on Boxing Day, we discovered that only one of the paints recommended was correct and I’d wasted £22 on needless paints!
I have written to complain and heard nothing back. Won’t be using again.

I’m only giving 2 stars because the items were fine when they eventually arrived. Listed as 3-5 days delivery, they arrived after 13 days. They don’t answer the phone or answer emails. I paid extra to use PayPal, and extra for gift wrapping. The gift wrapping was appalling. Items arrived too late to give as an Xmas present. I won’t be using this company again.

I am satisfied with 2 products purchased. Now, I regret that they were sent very late. When I placed my order (November 27), 1 of the 2 products was in stock and the other should have arrived within 2 to 4 weeks, i.e., before Christmas (they were Christmas gifts, so I was confident I'd be able to get them in time....). Unfortunately, after some time, I received a message from the site telling me that, due to stock shortages, my 2 items were going to be shipped to me after Christmas for receipt on the 30th. The baubles!!! No more Christmas presents!!! Fortunately, it was for people who no longer believe in Santa Claus and who had to make do with gift certificates while waiting for my parcel to arrive... I think a commercial gesture would have been welcome to compensate for this delay... Too bad they didn't offer me anything (even though my order was around 100 euros, which is no small amount...). So I'm a bit disappointed...

Very mixed opinion, complicated order, order of 3 puzzles. After 3 days it was still being prepared, even though the site talks about fast delivery. When I sent a message, I was told that 1 puzzle was missing, and I was automatically given a credit note which did not interest me. I ask to cancel the order, and they accept my request and promise me a refund. 2 days later, this incomplete order is shipped. I'm offered to send the order back.... In short, after I don't know how many exchanges by e-mail because it's impossible to get them on the phone, I pick up the puzzles at a relay point and they promise to reimburse me for the missing puzzle which is still a credit .... I accept but I'm waiting..... Too bad they don't update the unavailabilities. The puzzles are great, well protected. But the after-sales service is pretty disastrous in the event of a problem that could have been resolved very quickly...

The two stars are because we did get our order eventually. But be warned that the products are shipped from another country and this company does not answer their phone or emails. You just have to have faith it will get there. I paid 45 dollars for expedited shipping however it still took 2 weeks for it to leave their warehouse in France. I ordered something else regular shipping and it took the same amount of time.

Unfortunately, I relied on "first impressions" here. My sister arrived with an idea for a Christmas present at almost the last minute. The item she bought had a delivery time of 2 to 4 days. I therefore expected the gift to arrive by post on 22.12 at the latest. In fact, it took a whole 9 working days before it arrived. If you look at the information on this page, it also states a time of between 7 and 9 working days. Exactly 1 working day elapsed between the parcel being handed in and me receiving it. This means that the shipping process, originally 2 to 4 days, actually took 7 working days. That may not be a problem in itself, but if you visit your family on the 24th and are therefore not at home to accept and hand over the parcel, it's really stupid. Why isn't the 7 to 9 day delivery time mentioned when ordering, then I would have decided not to order here, but that's probably the problem. I would have spent my money with someone else. It's a shame that there is this lack of transparency.

I found the shipping package in the stairwell without having signed anything for acceptance.
