I am satisfied and would order again. I have seen some less than complimentary reviews of this company. Yes, they are in France - and that made no impact on my getting delivery of my order. Sure it took a few weeks, but there is the Atlantic Ocean to cross and honestly the supplies I ordered made it over here in reasonable time, the price was right, and I am quite satisfied.

1001 Hobbies was awesome 1001 Hobbies was awesome. Even though I was in the states they took the time to respond to me on any questions I had and were able to let me know when my models would be available. My box was slightly squished but I'm sure that has to do more so with the shipping than this company. Overall highly satisfied with the quality of customer support and prompt shipping. Thanks so much for fulfilling my order all away across the Atlantic.

Received my 2 item order in good time but one item sent was completely different item to that that i ordered so very disappointed with this have tried contacting support there twice but no response yet over 2 dayssite does not seem to have proper complaints section so so far very disappointed with this companyitem ordered was british forces patrol and support group by airfix but got sent folland gnat instead that totally unacceptable

Good communication great price

1001 modelkits got me parts for my Maverick vader. I've waited up to 8 with other shops, 3 weeks after ordering 1001 Models had delivered. Excellent service and competitive prices.

First time using 1001, but really pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery post despatch. Whilst the are not the cheapest the kits arrived well packed to avoid damage. Will definitely use again.

My first order was fantastic and… My first order was fantastic and smooth. DHL was expansive but incredibly reliable. No problem with that. My second order was with Callisimo which casted a lot of uncertainty because of previous first hand -ve experience. 13 days now after they claimed it has departed French airspace and I am still waiting for it here in HKG. We shall see.

I usually work with 1001 hobbies acquiring aeronautical scale models because of their reliability in purchasing, fast delivery and good customer service.

I had protested against an item said to be "delivered in 7 to 15 days", thinking that this item, which was not in stock, would never arrive before an eternity (it is unavailable in many other catalogs) and I see that it has been dispatched.

Very quick delivery. Good model. Haven't built yet Reasonably priced and postage costs okay.

Good choice of kits and paints. Delivery was a bit slower than expected because of Coronavirus but still acceptable.
