Op 6 april gekocht en betaald 24 april verzonden volgens 1001 modelkits 7 mei 1e keer gevraagd. antwoord is onderweg maar kan tot 15 dagen duren 20 mei 2e keer gevraagd. antwoord zelfde tekst maar nu 6-8 weken (tja dat verdomde corona) 25 mei er komt een oplossing???? 23 juni is het pakketje er nog niet. en in verdere sprookjes geloof ik niet. I am awarding 4 stars because the advertisement leads one to believe you are a UK based company and it was only when I was advised by Hermes that they had a parcel from B2C Europe and upon subsequent delivery that I realised you were based outside UK. That in itself is not a problem, I am happy to deal with companies outside UK, it was just not expected. Apart from that excellent, kits were as ordered and dispatched promptly but delivery was longer than I expected as I thought you was UK based, but was ok considering you are not UK based..
