Everything conforms to delivery and deadline

Correction to a previous review... When I purchased the HMS Victory from Billing boats, one plank was missing. My successive requests to rectify this oversight were in vain... In fact, 1001 Maquettes Hobbies had made the necessary arrangements with the manufacturer, Billing Boats, who took some time to rectify the problem. Today I received the missing part. I would like to apologize to 1001 Maquettes for this initial negative opinion, which was undeserved and due to my excessive impatience. Billing took the time to react to 1001 Maquettes' intervention, and I can be sure that my next model will be purchased.

I have bee flying radio control aircraft for over 40 years but made the mistake of buying a glider based on the description only to find that it appeared to be a very expensive toy and it went straight in the rubbish bin. The box was in very poor condition so I have to check the contents for damage first. The packaging was perfect, but the box containing the model was crushed in more ways than one.

Parcel well received in correct times! small downside the parcels are very fragile it arrived very damaged crushed everywhere!!! fortunately no consequences for the products. it would be perhaps judicious to find for the sendings of the containers more adapted in solidity. cordialemen
