Have dealt with 1001 modelkits on several occasions and have always had excellent service and good bargains.

22 days no tracking number they keep passing it off as we am waiting for it to get to us they tryed fobbing me off with a 5% off another item DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Thought this was a UK company as it said 1001modelkits.co.uk and it had a UK phone number. Found out after placing order that they are in France. The site does not have live stock details so when you find out the kits you have ordered are unavailable that is when the problem starts. Trying to get your money refunded is very difficult with delay tactics in reply emails. Had to use Paypal dispute process to get my money refunded. Would never use them again extremely poor customer service. I Do not recommend this seller.

I ordered a model costing over 120 euros and elected to pay for quicker shipping which guaranteed delivery in 3 days. 10 days later the model arrived and my request to have the shipping costs refunded was refused as they claimed they could not refund postage as the models had already been shipped! If I had known this was a French company I would never have ordered from them.

Ordered over �80 of items on the 3rd June. Nothing received. No tracking available. Numerous emails requested updates not answered. Very dissapointing. 25th June !!

This company is beyond shady and I strongly recommend avoiding them! I placed an order with them yesterday and shortly after began seeing the bad reviews so decided to cancel. Well they do not have anything in place to request a cancellation you cannot reach them by phone and they ignore the emails requesting a cancellation. These are terrible business practices and I will be sure and warn all of the modeling groups I am in to stay away!

Op 6 april gekocht en betaald 24 april verzonden volgens 1001 modelkits 7 mei 1e keer gevraagd. antwoord is onderweg maar kan tot 15 dagen duren 20 mei 2e keer gevraagd. antwoord zelfde tekst maar nu 6-8 weken (tja dat verdomde corona) 25 mei er komt een oplossing???? 23 juni is het pakketje er nog niet. en in verdere sprookjes geloof ik niet. Dus dit nooit meer
