I would have given them no stars if I… I would have given them no stars if I could, bought a model from them which I received back in July with missing parts, which I still have not received. I’ve asked for a refund which they agreed On the 5th September and would be done at the beginning of the week, I’m still waiting on this, they have ignored my last two emails For a update on the refund. Still haven’t had a reply not impressed with their customer service, wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed! Product code MT72010. 172nd Mini Art Housits. 4 plates. Two brown and two gray. The grey ones had small parts to assemble. Impossible to do so as the plastic was very brittle. The other plates oozed and left red marks on fingers and worktop. (The product was intended for a child...) All from a very rough mold. This model arrived missing a major part... This model arrived missing a major part looked like the box had been tampered with but I didn't realize the part was missing until after I started the build. To bad I was hoping to find a good trustworthy overseas supplier. I'll keep looking.

Zeer slechte winkel!! Precies vandaag ben ik al 7 weken bezig om mijn bouwpakket compleet te krijgen. Toen het pakket binnen kwam miste er 1 zakje met wat kleine onderdelen. Na diverse emails waar geen reactie op kwam, heb ik via Facebook contact gezocht. Hier kreeg ik snel reactie en het zou opgelost worden. Sinds het contact via Facebook is het 5 weken van meerdere berichten en belofte, maar ik heb nog steeds mijn bouwpakket niet compleet. Ik zit nu dus met een bouwpakket van €70,- die ik niet kan bouwen. Bestel niks bij deze winkel!

Order placed 8-20-20202 received 9/10/2020. All items ordered were there. Order was shipped 8/7/2020 All items were in stock. Why wait 7 days before processing the order? Took 8 days to go from France to US. - This is normal. Took 5 days to be delivered. Slow again. I'm giving a 3 out of 5 stars 1-3 days to make the order and ship it is acceptable. 7 days is not. Shipping cost at 24.00 is way too high. Box was mangled and crushed on one side but everything was OK You could read the contents of the shipping box because it had the invoice with the items clearly readable. One of the dumbest things I've seen. I gave you a fair shot at my business you took too long and cost too much.

The main problem in my opinion is that on your site where it is very easy to buy products there is no place for customer service regarding problems returns complaints and the like there is no email mentioned on the site. Disappointed I still have not received anything.... 1 month waiting time.... it's a shame...

After having ordered 6 products which were in stock...the company after 10 days of waiting without news announces to me after I contacted them that 2 products are unavailable and that they will refund me. I receive the rest of the order and 1 product is missing. They told me that it too was unavailable and that I would be reimbursed once again. I've been waiting 11 days for my refund. I only have a credit note for the first 2 products and nothing for the 3rd. This company is not serious. At the time of my order, the products were all in stock and available. No apology or compensation from them...Given the price of the models, it's a shame. I don't recommend this site, which lacks seriousness. The 14 days are a lie. It's been 18 days and I still have no refund in sight... I've had to threaten to sue them for fraud so that they'd get back to the accounting department, which I haven't heard anything about...

As a plastic model fans i could be a regular customer but now.... i will just contact a lawyer to get my money back and say goodbye. As answered below i was now a cheater who pretends to be not having received the parcel. Ridiculous.

I placed my order on August 10th and I still haven't received anything.

Because i still haven't received my order which dates from 1208 even though i paid a delivery charge of more than 9 euros. and this despite several reminders to your service.

I have always been satisfied with 1001 maquettes. However, with this order I received a kit in which three parts still on the cluster were melted. I wrote an email to 1001 maquettes but I didn't receive any answer from them.

Order placed on August 9 and the package is being packed... 2 weeks to pack caterpillars??? Worst site I've ever ordered from in terms of delivery times.
