Not too bad on the whole but for the delivery time it's not great moreover the prices are not the best nothing to say for the choice and for the packaging delivery
The downside is the Mondial Relais carrier. On the website, the delivery time is announced as 4 to 6 days. I was delivered in 25 days after no less than 3 telephone reminders. It's 1001Hobbies that's responsible for choosing a ... To be improved

Product received perfect but I had problems. Purchase made on Feb. 24. March 1 I ask with an email when the package would leave response 3/5 working days. The 4 phone for info.they explain to me that they had to rewrap my product. 9marzo the package starts tracking estimated arrival on 13marzo. 17 the package arrives. 21gg. to receive my purchase. Communication seller poor. Communication carrier bad even after gg.13 March continued to estimate the 'arrival of the package on 13marzo

When I received my parcel, which was in very good condition with no signs of impact, inside the lid of the tamya XF71 bottle was broken into small pieces. I must point out that there was no paint dripping, but I cannot guarantee that the bottle is watertight after use.
THEY DELIVER ME THE WRONG PRODUCT. INSTEAD OF RETURNING THE PRODUCT AND RECEIVING THE CORRECT ONE, THE SOLUTION PROVIDED IS THAT I KEEP THE WRONG ONE AND I GET A BONUS OF 10 €. NOT CORRECT
Service is slow - compare to a special courier service ! I would consider working with diffrent shipping company , in order that my costomers will get theirs orders with 4-5 days top !

Extremely long delivery time...
An error on a reference ordered. I'm waiting for a replacement. I had to return the article not ordered, and obviously I will have the good only after this return ... trust reigns ...
You continue to list items for sale on your website you do not have in stock. This causes delays with the rest of the order while you wait weeks for an item to come from your supplier. You need to either NOT LIST the item, ship what you do have in stock and follow-up with the rest of the order what the out of stock item, or refund the customer's money(NO VOUCHER) for the out of stock item.
Item ordered but no longer available, poor communication from customer service.
Ordered on 24/12/2020 and received on 23/02/2021....!!! No coment...!

If all goes well, the products you've ordered will arrive at your door. If the slightest grain of sand gets in the way, well, you'll just have to be patient! The "customer service" is completely useless. Personally, I wouldn't recommend this box supplier.
Very expensive and slow delivery

Placed an order on the UK site wrongly assuming the product would be shipped from the UK. Unfortunately this was not the case, large importation bill from hmrc. 1001 models didn't inform me the item was coming from abroad and on contact with them after didn't care. As long as they've got your money they're not interested in customer service!

Very long wait until the item is delivered. Difficult and unclear communication with the company.
Good navigation. But little product information. Arrived a 1/72 scale plane in vacuform, very low quality; if there were any other indication I certainly wouldn't take it. . Very slow delivery--too much waiting time.
Unfortunately, not all items were delivered. At first I had to wait longer for the order, which was OK, because the items said "delivery time 3-4 weeks". But then the parcel arrived and 2 items with a longer delivery time were not included. On the same day, however, the status message "IN STOCK" appeared on the homepage for the items. ??? I received an AUTOMATIC voucher for the amount of the undelivered products, but I would have preferred to wait two days longer and receive a complete delivery.

Very slow delivery made several requests for information order fulfillment without getting response.
Kindly the kit was sent to me as a replacement for another no longer available. The kit box was damaged but, fortunately, no parts were missing.
For certain products, the time to ship was longer than indicated resulting in a long time to ship.
Unfortunately the delivery was incomplete. Only two of the 3 items ordered were delivered. There was neither an explanation nor any contact. Sad!

Unacceptable delivery delays! First order never received.... second shipment received after long wait (almost two months).
I sent an email because I am dissatisfied with the delivery, but so far no response. No Dutch construction description. No good explanation of the contents. bundles of laths but no explanation of what they are for.
