Unfortunately, not all items were delivered. At first I had to wait longer for the order, which was OK, because the items said "delivery time 3-4 weeks". But then the parcel arrived and 2 items with a longer delivery time were not included. On the same day, however, the status message "IN STOCK" appeared on the homepage for the items. ??? I received an AUTOMATIC voucher for the amount of the undelivered products, but I would have preferred to wait two days longer and receive a complete delivery.

Very slow delivery made several requests for information order fulfillment without getting response.
Kindly the kit was sent to me as a replacement for another no longer available. The kit box was damaged but, fortunately, no parts were missing.
For certain products, the time to ship was longer than indicated resulting in a long time to ship.
Unfortunately the delivery was incomplete. Only two of the 3 items ordered were delivered. There was neither an explanation nor any contact. Sad!

Unacceptable delivery delays! First order never received.... second shipment received after long wait (almost two months).
I sent an email because I am dissatisfied with the delivery, but so far no response. No Dutch construction description. No good explanation of the contents. bundles of laths but no explanation of what they are for.

Very slow delivery
Wel besteld maar geen levering????? Na op 21-01-2021 een bestelling te hebben geplaatst van drie objecten bleken er twee op voorraad en één moest worden besteld. Het zou ongeveer 5 weken duren voordat ik het in huis zou hebben. Na een week of vier nog geen enkele beweging te hebben gezien heb ik gemaild met de vraag hoe de situatie er voor stond. Tijdens dit contact gaf men aan dat ivm een nabestelling het nog wel vier tot zes weken kon duren. Ondertussen bleef het angstvallig stil. Nadat ik onlangs weer contact heb gezocht, was het antwoord dat ivm de nabestelling vanuit een Britse leverancier en de problematiek rondom Brexit de bestelling nog wel vier tot zes weken op zich kon wachten. Ondertussen zag ik dat er nu ineens twee artikelen niet op voorraad waren. Levering is belabberd, blijven de leveringstermijn maar aanpassen, zelfs als er staat dat iets op voorraad is blijkt een aantal weken later dat er geen voorraad meer is. Ik heb via de mail de bestelling gecanceld en ga het wel bij iemand bestellen die gewoon kan leveren. Nu hopen dat de annulering niet vier tot zes weken gaat duren.

Always wait 3 weeks before I receive my order
The item would have been on time without Corona and I was kept informed every step of the way. However, I ordered an IR tank and got a BB tank and the chains were too tight. Otherwise everything was fine.

Deadline and speed respected but packing of the model of a very large box in a simple transparent bubble wrap the box had the corners crushed and risk theft . thank you to take more care for the packaging of models cordial

In spite of a fast delivery and in conformity with my order the quality of the details of the figurines (white plastic) is mediocre. I already ordered figurines approximately 3 years ago and this one was of better manufacture the gray color brings out better the details of the figurines.

Difficult to get a response and a refund when you want to return an item - damage - SAV not great
The communication was under all more than dissatisfied.telephone never anyone reachable.after payment of my order I first waited forever for an email.then the goods finally arrived after 6 weeks.the goods were topdas I must saybut there are also German providers where I in the future also bestelledaran must 1001 Hobbies still work on the communication with the clientele
Item requested at 26122020 and finally got another one at 01032021 Was probably not available and they didn't let us know After several mails and phone calls it still came out okay The phone in the Netherlands was served by a French clerk who doesn't speak Dutch and hangs up after a while

Poor packaging Model was in bubble wrap packaging and Revell box had clearly been crushed and otherwise manhandled. It does not appear at a glance that any parts are damaged but whoever your logistics company is should consider using a box to ship these model kits in as they are fragile and have many small parts that can break easily.
I had no idea that i was ordering from France. It took 3 weeks to arrive and I had several mis leading emails saying I had not completed my order when I had. Should have made it clear it was not a UK delivery, I would not have ordered such small items from so far away. Products were fine when they eventually arrived

Long delivery time...
I paid the supplement to have delivery by Colissimo. I was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 27 my order was for a birthdayI was not delivered and I received a message from Colissimo which said that they could not delivertherefore conditions not respected and I can not even contact thembecause their site does not work.
I paid for a fast delivery It arrived almost one month later.
The delivery took far too long. In addition to the postage, we also had to pay CHF 30 for delivery.

I'm still waiting for an order placed on January 31st, i.e. 4 weeks ago. I have no information on this order except on my account where the order is noted as awaiting delivery.
Extremely disappointed! I do not recommend this seller. The mock-ups were OK, but there was a 20-day delay with no information. I had to call again to finally learn that 1 can of paint was missing at 2 € which stopped an order of more than 250 €. In 3 weeks, no one was able to contact me to find a replacement! The icing on the cake was that some paints dried in their mini bottles. Not much from Pro!!! The good thing is that I looked elsewhere and found the same products.
Unfortunately i have had two negative experiences with this store. the first with raf field huts, one of which arrived very damaged. the second very recently with a small russian ww2 fighter in the box of which there is no decal board. i am a gold buyer on ebay and therefore not a bad lay but bad luck has struck twice at the same place.
