The site can be a bit 'clunky' to navigate if you are not sure what you're looking for. Overall though, the site does have extensive ranges of models, paints, etc. The prices compare well to Amazon and eBay and delivery dates are really good and mostly the orders arrive before the quoted dates. It's just not that easy to use on a mobile phone!
I did have a little delay but I was treated very well and will be a customer in the future. The range of products stocked is outstanding. All my modelling need at one supplier including accessories and books. Happy customer.

Good shop lots of choice and well organized! Couple of small issues but irritating: - the link in the e-mails sometimes does not work because of the confusion in 1001hobbies and 1001modelbouw - delivery time of some items is very long.

I am satisfied and would order again. I have seen some less than complimentary reviews of this company. Yes, they are in France - and that made no impact on my getting delivery of my order. Sure it took a few weeks, but there is the Atlantic Ocean to cross and honestly the supplies I ordered made it over here in reasonable time, the price was right, and I am quite satisfied.

Even though I was in the states they took the time to respond to me on any questions I had and were able to let me know when my models would be available. My box was slightly squished but I'm sure that has to do more so with the shipping than this company. Overall highly satisfied with the quality of customer support and prompt shipping. 1001 modelkits got me parts for my Maverick vader. I've waited up to 8 with other shops, 3 weeks after ordering 1001 Models had delivered. Excellent service and competitive prices.
First time using 1001, but really pleased with the ease of ordering and speed of delivery post despatch. Whilst the are not the cheapest the kits arrived well packed to avoid damage. Will definitely use again.
