Claim to be a English company but in fact its based abroad.. I cant stress enough how dodgy that is.. Also you can try ring the uk number but it never gets answer. Pitiful really. I can understand how they are only 3 star.. Stick to proper uk based hobby sellers you wont go far wrong there.

I found 1001modelkits.com after searching for 1/72 pilots. They had a good selection and found what I was looking for. I ordered 3x PJ Production pilot packs and place my order on April 1st 2020. After 10 days I emailed them to find out the status of my order. They emailed back saying it was shipped. Since I live in the USA my order did arrive on May 2. Maybe because of the COVID and over seas shipping it took a bit to arrive but my order got here and am very happy.

The parcel arrived safely containing my entire order. Products conform. Delivery times are correct for the containment period (1 week in this case).

Ordered a month ago no reply nothing received. Unable to find a phone number to ring either. Now my email address is not being verified by the company so how do I contact them !!!!!@
