Delivery times not respected too much attention
Dissatisfied with the shipping time. I chose this site because it was specified that I could receive my order on Thursday. The order was dispatched on Friday (despite my Tuesday e-mail) and I was only able to pick it up on Monday. As a result, my nephew got a voucher for a home-made model for his birthday.
Order placed on 502 arrived today 2202. Package full of dents and inside the Mark fit tamiya broken and liquid spilled.The rest of the products ok. Previous order went much betterarrived in perfect condition in 4 days.

Great item a very competitive price however there was a delay with the delivery as it came from outside the UK which I wasn���t aware of when I ordered and it was held by the couriers as there was missing paperwork which they had to wait for this was a copy of the invoice which when I received the delivery was in a open clear document pocket taped on the outside of the parcel this had all my personal details and some bank details on the document that could be accessed by anyone that chose to do so I can���t say I am very impressed with this so I will be thinking hard and long before I orde

Order placed on February 12 and still no dispatch notice. Very slow order preparation even though the products were in stock. I give 2 stars because there are a lot of references on this site. But when you charge for delivery at this rate and more than 10 days later you still have nothing at home for no apparent reason, it's a shame.

No problems on the product sold but used to with other shopping platforms delivery time too long given also the cost of shipping.
The company itself is fine. The courier service however is abysmal. I realise that this is supposed to be a review of 1001, however if they choose to give business to a delivery company that is frankly unfit for purpose then they are themselves guilty by association. That's how easy it is to have your own reputation ruined.

Order complete but lead time a bit long. I was waiting for certain products to continue building my model. Otherwise impeccable service as usual.

Well-protected parcel shipped quickly. Shipping costs too high, no Mondial Relay option. La Poste rates are prohibitive for small parcels. However, commercial gesture agreed following comments. Good quality model, apparently it's the first time I've bought this brand and it seems more than correct. On the other hand, I find that your prices are very high when you compare identical products on other websites.
I have received emails about my order in English French and Dutch That in itself is not a problem but I can imagine that this may be problematic for other customers who do not speak their languages as well Thank you for your reaction to my review perhaps I will get my original message across if I respond in English To be clear I do not have any issue with my order being delayed I understand that considering the current situation with Covid Brexit and the weather a delay was inevitable My 'issue' is more like a suggestion: I received several correspondence items regarding my order in several different languages: Dutch English and French That in itself is not a problem (at least to me) but I'd like to point out that this may be a problem to people who are less comfortable with languages and that handling correspondence like this may come across as less reliable
Book ordered (Codex Space Marines) arrived with one corner damaged because it wasn't packed well enough. Only 2 sheets of craft paper in a cardboard box for protection, how could it be so? We need to be more vigilant when it comes to shipping items that are not properly packed.
I think you should show what the product looks like in the box (figurines) because I'm a bit disappointed by the quality of the molding-I didn't know this brand. It's not your fault. I'll certainly recommend other professionals.
