Got a refund from this company (based in France not the UK) due to delays on delivering a birthday present which was ordered 2 weeks in advance of the birthday. To be fair to them they were quick with refund when I complained (hence the three stars). I marked them down a couple of stars as it's still a bit misleading on their website as to where the company is based.

I'm still waiting for my order after two weeks what's the delay

Ordered 4 pots of paint on 3rd of April its now 18th of may have not received items paid �5.99 for post and packing could of walked to normandy to get them quicker.emailed to get refund lets see what happens not holding my breath.
