Ik heb op 23 januari een bestelling gedaan en betaald. Ongeveer 2 weken geeft de track and trace aan dat het pakket moet worden opgehaald door de bezorgdienst. Dit gebeurt maar niet. Twee keer gemaild en de toezegging gedaan door 1001hobbies dat het snel op de post zou gaan. Helaas nog geen resultaat. Ik hoop dat deze review 1001hobbies tot actie aanzet. ik hoop dat jullie dit bericht serieus nemen. Ik heb gelijk betaald. Nu moeten jullie mijn bestelling snel op de post doen. Mochten jullie willen reageren? Doe dat dan maar in het Frans. Dan kunnen jullie wellicht beter uitleggen waarom het zo lang duurt!

When I ordered the product it was stated it was in stock two weeks later I received notification the product was shipped - I have still not received the product. Their are either very disorganized or not truthful about their inventory. My order was two masking sets that would fit into an envelope and their shipping fees where extremely high. I wanted the product so I moved forward. Other vendors had the same product lower cost and lower shipping but were truthful about delivery time (that would be sooner than this experience). Next time I will go with the other vendors. Update - Feb 21 2021 and still have not received the product - ordered Jan 31 2021 Update: Feb 26 2021 Received the package. It is an Eduard masking kit. They do say that on their site but I missed that..my fault. I have ordered from Eduard direct in the past about the same price but far lower shipping cost and delivery was much faster.
