This site masquerades as a UK trader when it is actually French. Not that I object to them being French. Someone has to be. But I go on line in search of UK traders and I resent these sort of traps being set. For the time being it does not matter so much in terms of customs tariffs but from 2021 it presumably will. so caveat emptor. Also their emails contain links that are not live and when you do get on their website and enter their given details in the tracking box it still does not work.

When I was unable to use the link on the website to track the shipment I contacted them by email and received a response within 2 hours giving a link to use - which for reference was trackyourparcel.eu Everything arrived today well packed. There are quite a lot of negative reviews here - I felt I should redress the balance a little!
