Order: S4Q0KVYOH Placed on 04-27-2020: April 27th, 2020: I ordered 2 tins of paint, £10.00 each + £5.99 shipping, total £27.97 Today, June 17th 2020: The goods have still not arrived May 30th, 2020: I emailed 1001 Modelkits to enquire about my order of April 27. June 2nd, 2020: They replied to say one of the tins was not in stock. They offered a voucher in lieu of the product, or a different product of my choice (+ or - 5% of the original value). June 4th, 2020: I replied to say I would accept an alternative product priced £7.99 plus a £3 voucher. June 6th, 2020: Having had no reply from them, I re-sent the email of June 4th. June 10th, 2020: Having had no reply to either of my previous emails, I emailed again, asking them to cancel the original order and issue a refund, as I had lost faith in their ability to fulfil the order. June 17th, 2020: A reply – at last! – but it does not acknowledge my emails or refer to any requests from me it simply re-states the fact that the product is unavailable and offers a voucher in lieu (not even the choice of a product as previously). I have tried to ring on numerous occasions, but the phone number does not work. Clearly, in light of the above, I do not want the voucher, or indeed the goods originally ordered (and paid for) on April 27th, as I have now bought them elsewhere. HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK?

Pretends to have goods you pay and then you get the message it can not be delivered and to the good end is still a nice end that it was then so that I looked at the page and had to realize that the article I had ordered is still supposed to be available and can be delivered in 2-4 weeks. so once and never again. oh yes at the end it was still said I may order something with the same value and or get a voucher for a next purchase. A totally bad behavior towards customers. I can only advise against ordering there

My experience was very bad more than 45 days ago I placed my order and it has not arrived yet the transport company has not received it they do not want to give me my money back. Compared to other companies very bad I have placed orders elsewhere during the pandemic and in a max of 5 days I had everything in my mailbox.

I placed an order with 1001 models on May 12 and it's been a month and I still haven't received it. I paid more for the fast shipping as it was for a gift. They don't answer my emails that yes they have charged everything and don't refund the money. If I don't receive my order in these days the next thing I will do will be to report it to the Co.

The products are good however I cannot accept that my order was accepted my credit charged and then was told later that 2 items were not available. I requested a refund however received a voucher to spend for the value of the products. Then had to work out for myself that I had to spend more than the value of the discount voucher to redeem the value of the voucher. The order was delivered in 2 parts and took 9 weeks from start to finish. Also poor communications and no apology for taking 9 weeks to complete the order. The same as in other opinions the product is not bad but it arrived 1 month later than they told me when I paid for it and when I complained they sent me emails where they blatantly lied to me saying that the economic shipping can take 4 to 6 weeks when at no time did they say it. In fact, they gave me a delivery date between May 11 and 13 (I ordered it on April 25) and I received it on June 8. One can understand a slight delay due to the coronavirus but I have ordered many other things online and it has taken me a couple of days. If you are in a hurry NO C

Too slow to ship and prepare the package

They're really clever - they don't reply to e-mails and what's more, they don't answer the phone under the pretext of containment, even today, June 3, despite the deconfinement. I'm PERSISTENT and I'm far from giving up my reminders because it's been LAMENTABLE since the beginning of the year.
