I have not received my order. I was informed that it was shipped on November 19. Nine days later I complained and was told that I would receive it shortly. I placed an order on November 7th. On the 14th I received an email saying that my order had been dispatched via Colissimo. Today is the 25th and I still haven't received anything. The Colissimo website indicates that my order is being prepared by the sender or is being handled by them. Admittedly delivery times can be longer at the moment, but still ... I ordered 3 items and what i received were two correct items and one incorrect which i did not order Order number 6JUCCAC5F I received an item called PLA NAVY FLIGHT DECK CREW with item number CDM350003 but i ordered item number AHMM35-003 which is a Micro-Mir G7ET3 German Torpedo I tried to contact 100hobbies nl but the only thing i heard was a message machine I also send two emails but until this day i get no respond I paid arround 30 euros for something i did not order and i can not use I still have some good hopes that they will solve this problem and otherwise i have to go to the police to report this and take further steps
