I have not received the model for more than 1 month since I bought it and there is no telephone number or e-mail address where I can complain.
This website works with the worst delivery company out there. Before making a purchase through this website check the reviews on the internet about Zeleris which is the delivery company they work with.
Terrible experience... the scaletrix came with a french plug (I ordered from a British website, I.e. a .co.uk and had it delivered to an English address so it should���ve come with an English plug). There are no phone numbers that actually work !!! And i have looked all over the internet for contact phone numbers. I had to spend ��25 to return the scaletrix as it���s broken (and I had to buy a french to Uk plug adapter). When I do get a reply to my questions (sent via the website) my question is rarely answered correctly!!! And I am still chasing them up for my refund and also for them to reimburse me for the postage for me to return the broken scaletrix set
They're really clever - they don't reply to e-mails and what's more, they don't answer the phone under the pretext of containment, even today, June 3, despite the deconfinement. I'm PERSISTENT and I'm far from giving up my reminders because it's been LAMENTABLE since the beginning of the year.

Embarrassing Email Tennis Customer Service I saw an item via a Google search, a £280 Gaming Heads statue that is difficult to get hold of, I ordered the item from 1001 Models nearly 3 weeks ago now. The item was shown to be in stock and payment was processed though PayPal. There was the added cost of paying with PayPal, which later on checking the order details reads as shipping and handling cost, though shipping was free due to the purchase amount. So I was a happy man as I had tracked the item down after months of searching. Next day I log into the account and see that the Statue is marked as unavailable, weird it was shown as available when I purchased it, payment had been processed and taken via PayPal. Here begins the fun part (not) I sent 3 emails to clarify the situation, I received 2 back 3 days later in French, La demande # Order Query a été close et fusionnée dans cette demande. Last comment in request # For those of you not fluent in French (Myself included, thank you Google translate) All it said was they had 'closed and merged into this request'. I would not hear back from them until the next day luckily in English to say that they would receive the item within 10 days. Happy days, or so I thought. The following days (now weeks) of email tennis I received an email 'we just received your products, and the refund will be available next week. Would you like tyour product .' Yes, I would like my product, hence why I initially ordered it. Bizarrely they reply 'We inform you that the refund of your order # was requested on May 26th from our accounting department. This refund will be made through the payment channel as stipulated by French law. We would like to inform you that a refund can be deferred by one month if you are in deferred payment. We insist that this refund will be made within 14 working days.' So you are not sending it out to me then? How does PayPal instant payment require 14 days to refund? Why do I need to abide by French law when I am a UK customer paying with PayPal? So nearly 3 weeks on and waiting for either a refund or item, I'm confused as to which one.

First order arrived on time the second one is 16 days in processing and no one responds to my emails.... bad.
Bad experience order placed on May 5 and I still have not received it I have sent message and I only receive automatic responses plus the phone does not work to make inquiries. I don't know what to do...the next thing to do is to call the consumer to make a complaint.
Nefarious. On May 11 I asked them to cancel my order. I was told it was not possible because it was in""preparation"". Their proposal was to return the order once it was received. Placed an order with 1001 Maquettes in France on April 20th. By MAY 26th no word no nothing so I wrote saying I no longer needed the item asking to cancel and refund. ON the 27th they write back asking if I really mean it. I reply on the 27th yes cancel and refund. I get a reply TODAY May 29th that they are so sorry but the item was supposedly shipped on the 27th. 1st and last order on this site. I will never go through 1001 maquettes again. Order placed on 29042020 for black and white undercoats + a Citadel painter's handle. It says that the products will be delivered within 2 to 5 weeks (because no longer in stock and long lead time). So... On May 14, the products were back in stock, and the lead time for orders went from 2 to 4 weeks. The question is already being asked about the fact that before bringing in stock to sell, it might be necessary to send out paid orders. 2 weeks waiting for 2 cans of paint when I'm in the 93, 20 minutes from Paris. I find this lamentable.
