I had bought the "Pirates of the Caribbean"" as a supplement to a ship model. Of the 48 figures in the set, only 12 were different. In other words, four figures of each type. Putting four captains next to four pirate brides on the deck doesn't really work. Unfortunately, the figures were also very poorly cast. Burrs everywhere and not very detailed. I would have expected more for the price! What a pity...

I find it takes a bit long when you place an order and when the products are in stock. Thank you in advance.

Correct order but the shipment of a padded A5 envelope could have been sent by registered mail. Delivery by Mondial Relais is a disaster. Delivery time too long and unprofessional service.

Item first ordered in late October 2020 and after many reminders delivered in late January 2021. Hopefully next time it will be better.

The order arrived two months late, it is true that what I expected arrived and it was in good condition, but I don't think I will buy again with such long delivery times.

Long delay in receiving the model due to custom check, but well worth the wait.

At the moment, the order is lost between the 1001 maquettes shipment and the worldwide pick-up. To be continued...

I was missing a little pot of Revell contacta glue. Too bad! I'm also disappointed by the acrylic paint. Otherwise, the model is perfect.

Hello. Everything went well from order to delivery. However, I am not satisfied with the assembly instructions, as some existing parts are not listed. There are no instructions for the front mast. I'm also contacting Heller to let them know what I think. This is the first time I've encountered this problem on a large number of models. Have a nice day. Cordi

For the model no worries on the other hand the paint pots unusable given their very thick textures almost dry.

It's all well and good to offer special offers, but you have to take the competition into account. in principle, that's what drives everyone forward, knowing how to compete on much more than just the products you sell. that's the golden rule, especially as you're pretty well supplied in terms of products !!!! Has a lot of products, BUT... has a lot of products, unbearably unintuitive however. Searched for something and it doesn't show up, instead the results are rammed with random crap nothing to do with what I seached for, when later I'm browsing and the thing I was looking for is there, huge pain in the ass trying to find anything in particular on this site.

I ordered from 3 stores at the same time on the same day (Monday). One store delivered on Thursday, one on Saturday and this parcel is due to arrive on Monday. All via DHL. I personally think that's too long.

It's not easy to quickly go back to a previous choice, which makes navigating the site laborious.

Communication problem when we call we always get the answering machine. Small delivery problems despite the price of chrononopost offered. The delivery took place after the planned date because I was worried about the follow-up by telephone.

Very disappointed with the long delay in delivery. The cars purchased are not what they looked like in the publicity photos, they are not replicas but plastic mountable elements. Huge price for something that is not worth it.

Once again the order was delayed and did not arrive complete... Yet on the day of purchase ALL products were listed

Slow and cumbersome fulfillment The attraction is the huge range of products. They are not discounted and I have never been asked for a Paypal fee before. Two items shown as in stock turned out not to be, this was irritating and delayed processing of my order. You are not told the supplier is in France which will obviously impact delivery time and cost. All in all three weeks to deliver. Only useful if you cannot find the products elsewhere.

I sent an email requesting that they change my order to the english version. They responded that they made the change. And when it finely came came it was the french version. 🙁 Partly my fault part customer service

Fast, a little more expensive than elsewhere, but with the merit of having paints that I can't find elsewhere. The big drawback is the labels stuck on the paint can reference...so you don't know what's in the can.

There were errors that took a long time to correct and were badly corrected. It's not wonderful

Good site overall, my only regret is my purchase of paint pots and it was difficult to assess the size of the pot and the type of paint because the photos do not all correspond to the product.

For example, when I buy a model kit at a price of € 24.99 9without shipping costs, the next week this price is suddenly € 37,99, for the same model kit. So prices never stay exactly as they are. If a model kit is on sale, then it's understandable. But if they have a certain positive inventory, they should keep the prices the same. Weither it's € 37,99 or less.
