Excellent service prompt delivery

Super model, correct delivery time. However, the model's packaging came unstuck in one place and the brush didn't fit (not great for a gift, but not too bad either) and it's full of dust. For a site that sells relatively expensive models, it's a bit of a shame. But everything arrived on time and the material itself wasn't damaged. A little extra for the post

I ordered 2 Lipo batteries. One of them was defective and the second was a little weaker on the chest. After a prompt complaint, a replacement delivery with 2 new checked batteries was made within a few days. I was able to dispose of the defective batteries and did not have to send them back. Everything was very accommodating and without complications.

I have bought two models they both were delivered in a good and secure package The delivery time was a bit extended but that was due to the method I selected to deliver so be patient and everything will be all right Nevertheless they have a great support service to solve all questions or doubts

This isn't my first order, but in the latest one, dated September 29, I notice that some parts are still missing or have deteriorated. Ref: 80789 autobus parisien TN6 C2 2 tires are missing and one part (seat armrest) is defective. Even if I understand that you're not in the business, please tell me how to go about obtaining a replacement.
