I received the little model and despite the packaging it arrived a broken piece. Disappointed and had no response via email! Poor customer service!

Order placed on April 6 after 9 days of ""package being prepared"" for 3 days it has been showing as shipped.All merchandise purchased was stated as ""in stock"" and immediately available for shipment. I am waiting for the goods to arrive but surely this is the first and last order. I understand the Covid emergency but this is not seriousness do not write that the goods will be shipped in 24 hours NOT TRUE!!!

No way of contacting them, track your parcel doesn't work, no reply to message on messenger as no contact or e mail address, avoid like the plague

Order placed on March 29 and never arrived. Evaso by the way with express shipping. Phone contact only Frenchhave only responded to my emailsnon translated well into Italian. The delivery dates in the emails were just lies. My parcel sent several times was supposed to arrive on April 14. Never seen such a thing. I asked for cheap return.

The prices on this site are far too high compared with other modelling sites. For example, the Renault RE20 Turbo Italeri Reference 4707 Scale 112 costs 250.99 euros (in their kindness they offer you a 5% discount, i.e. 238.44 euros), whereas this model can be found for 138 euros on france-maquette oupsmodel.com or breizh-modelisme. Excellent products (at the moment I have only viewed them on the Web page). Considering the Covid 19 emergency situation I do not think it is acceptable that the order (INCLUDING PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD) placed on the 3rd is shipped the requested material only on the 8th (having paid as much as 10 euros for shipping and having promised delivery by the 10th). Zero rating on the organization!!! I await a business proposal from the Company including an apology!!! WARNING!!!

Order placed on March 29 with choice of shipping by express courier for an additional charge. The package appears to have been shipped on April 8 but to date it has not arrived. In addition, the link provided on the site for DHL courier tracking does not work so it is not possible for me to get any information about the shipment. I understand the inconvenience due to Covid 19 however it does not seem to me to be a service up to the mark. An infinite time not even in case of nuclear armageddon would have taken so long to arrive especially when compared to all other e-commerce sites that have always shipped in reasonable time. The Covid19 excuse does not help me because I have ordered things to Germany or Poland that have arrived to Madrid in a matter of four days.

On the tracking page it says that it is in delivery so it takes 2 days in the morning it says in delivery and at night system failure ... 2 days waiting for the delivery person to arrive and it does not arrive ... I will have to cancel the purchase and get my money back.
