Hello I'm a beginner model maker and I've come across your site to order the equipment I need to get started in good conditions. Model paints workstation carpets various tools etc.. My dissatisfaction concerns a pair of pliers with black handles sent with the kit (6 paints, 3 brushes, glue and pliers). I find it difficult to supply a lower-end pair of pliers. Useless because not fine enough to scratch. The blue-handled pliers sold separately are apparently of much better quality, and in any case usable because they're finer. You did nothing except to send it back to me with a letter saying that you had called the distributor and that it was a manipulation to be done on the transmitter. Update,,, received package on October 13 . It took approximately 9 weeks wasn't sure if I would ever see it everything was fine Have not received package,, three weeks out so far. Cannot get any info as to whom the delivery company is ,, ie,,USPS,FedEx, UPS,, etc etc etc..I do have info that my package has arrived in the US,,???not impressed!

Just don't order!!! Item is damaged I can't send the item back via my customer account none of the phone numbers work and the customer service by e-mail doesn't answer either. I want to return the item and get my money back! It's great that there is a 30-day return option - but it's no use if you can't reach anyone by phone, email or customer account! Just don't order anything!!! EDIT: After my review on this portal, I have now received an e-mail and can send the item back against payment of the postage costs. However, both the item and the packaging are damaged (I had attached pictures to my email), which is probably the fault of the manufacturer and the shipping company. However, the seller and not the buyer is liable for this (entrepreneurial risk and buyer protection), which is why the seller must actually bear the shipping costs. Order placed 8-20-20202 received 9/10/2020. All items ordered were there. Order was shipped 8/7/2020 All items were in stock. Why wait 7 days before processing the order? Took 8 days to go from France to US. - This is normal. Took 5 days to be delivered. Slow again. I'm giving a 3 out of 5 stars 1-3 days to make the order and ship it is acceptable. 7 days is not. Shipping cost at 24.00 is way too high. Box was mangled and crushed on one side but everything was OK You could read the contents of the shipping box because it had the invoice with the items clearly readable. One of the dumbest things I've seen. I gave you a fair shot at my business you took too long and cost too much.
