They sent me an E mail in French which I did not understand. When I explained that I did not speak French. I asked twice to be sent in English. But still sent in French. I hope this will be rectified in the future. I will order more products soon and see what happens.

The item for sale listing stated it would be dispatched within 24hrs. It actually took them 5 days to dispatch. They then blamed me for choosing Eco post which wasn't cheap for the delay. As the item was bought as a gift and turned up too late to fulfil it's purpose I had to purchase elsewhere. When it did arrive I refused delivery and sent it back. I have heard nothing since that is nothing I can understand as their communications are in french when they clearly know I am English.These people are arrogant ignorant and misleading.

I am satisfied with your services, the only drawback is the long delivery times. See you soon for a new purchase.
