For an order placed on 1304 and with the shipment confirmation e-mail on the 15th, here is the follow-up: Your Colissimo will soon be entrusted to us! It is being prepared by your sender. They announce that during COVID they are still shipping. I paid for express service but 12 days after the estimated delivery date I have not received anything. Order placed on April 6 after 9 days of ""package being prepared"" for 3 days it has been showing as shipped.All merchandise purchased was stated as ""in stock"" and immediately available for shipment. I am waiting for the goods to arrive but surely this is the first and last order.
