They had a awesome selection of hard to get model kits (well hard to get in the US anyways). Prices were okay but considering I couldn't find them anyplace else it is what it is. Fast shipping too even with things as messed up as they are now! I will use them again for my model needs!!!
Shipping Time I understand that International Shipping can get delayed. Please consider better communication. An email telling me my package is still on the way is useless. I would rather know when it is and when it leaves. The tracking link only states it has reached destination country.

Not much information in the tracking system. A little long for a Colissimo but arrives well packed and in good condition.

Products delivered as ordered. However, contrary to what was displayed on the merchant site at the time of ordering, the items ordered were not in stock and had to be restocked by the supplier, which delayed the dispatch of this order. After a complaint, the sales department estimated that this product would be shipped within 3 to 5 working days, but I'm positive that it was in stock (four items remaining) at the time of my order. While this malfunction of the site or stock management had no effect on the final outcome of the transaction, it did damage the image of the service.

On the day of receipt I sent a message via the ''support'' button to customer service with a short description of the problem and pictures of the product I received A day later I received a reply asking if I wanted to send pictures of the product I did this again In the end I spent more than a week with no more than 1 e-mail per day in an attempt to explain the difference and to arrange a solution for the wrongly sent product. Finally, on November 20, I received a message that I could fill out a form for a return request at my own expense. It is unfortunate that a support issue takes more than a week especially if the support turns out to be a wall that is not willing to help you but instead does everything possible to make the already unpleasant situation even more unpleasant Whether this is due to unconscious incompetence or deliberate stubbornness I will not say. This was my first and last experience with this website.
Hello Your package is missing the glue and paint! Ordering these accessories separately is VERY EXPENSIVE! You could enclose them anyway. What can we do with a model to be assembled without these accessories? It looks smart to give an incomplete gift. If you order on the internet, it's to save yourself running to the stores, and here I am! Thank you, I could have done without it.... Sincerely anyway. J
I bought it on November 9th and it still hadn't arrived on the 25th, even though I was charged €7 for Colissimo 48h delivery and I live 16km from the store. Even Vinted deliveries are faster.

Satisfactory packaging but almost 1 month for an order of 6 pots of paint! No information on progress except when I contacted the site by e-mail (quick response but no estimated time). No word of apology ... nothing It's a shame because my 1st order was perfect. Despite my patience, it's very DIFFICULT to make the circus CORRECTLY...! A simple tube of glue doesn't do the job, so I had to use a glue gun to make some of the assemblies. What's more, the photo doesn't correspond to what's in the box - no poles, no strings, etc. In fact, I made the tent (in the photos) to my own taste, but it's not finished.
