Not at all satisfied I keep getting emails asking me if I am satisfied with my first purchase on this site but I still have not received the item. It is about days late and don't use the excuse of the emergency that is affecting us as I buy quite a lot of modeling items on the internet and it is all coming to me regularly even things from California from Germany and Japan. I think I am not buying from this site anymore.

- Ordered on 08022020. No indication of item availability or delivery date when I placed my order. - Still nothing received on 26022020! No information on the status of delivery despite the delay. I conclude that I was sold an item that was not in stock (which never arrived and which is now reported as unavailable). - I call customer service to cancel my order. The person I spoke to (a nice person, it has to be said) asked me to confirm it in writing and announced that a refund would not be forthcoming for another two weeks. - I write to express my dissatisfaction, saying that I'd been sold an item that wasn't available. En dan krijg je als antwoord op een mail, je hebt toch onze policy gelezen. Klantenservice nul, beleefdheid nul. Ik ga op de hobbyclub absoluut geen reclame maken....integendeel.....

Do not buy here they force you to spend 70 euros to get free shipping and despite that the shipping has been delayed a lot and about the price on Amazon I have seen the same products with a price difference quite noticeable with one or two days shipping without having to force you to spend that money already elevated.

Very bad experience. They sent me the wrong order and it was very difficult to contact them. Resolved that they do not have stock of what I ordered I sent them the wrong package and still waiting for a refund. I will never buy from them again.
