In the parcel there was only one product,exit sunshine tour book nooks .what to be dissatisfied.
The joystick I ordered was faulty and after contacting me by email and making several phone calls, no one contacted me to offer a solution.
I placed my order on 14/12/2024, all the products were supposedly available. 3 weeks later I still haven't received them!

It took ages to send the order!
Shipping took 16 days. Vehicle box cover broken. Vehicle with damaged front end and chipped paint. I would provide photos but I don't know how to proceed.
I made a mistake in my order and the next day it was totally impossible to contact them to change it, both by email and by the Customer Service phone. I was calling within their schedule every 10-15 minutes and they never picked up the phone. I sent three emails and they answered me after 4 days, when the complete order had already left their warehouse. Now I have to make the return from Spain and pay the shipping costs. Very disappointed with the customer service.

They took more than a month to send me the order and on top of that they first send me a part of it and I still haven't received the other part.
I have canceled my order 3 times, 3 times this was ignored, although the cancellation would have been possible at any time. Now I have to take care of the return shipment, catastrophic service. I do not recommend buying this product, on the contrary. I have rarely experienced so much ignorance. My opinion: Hands off . . . There are enough dealers, you don't need this one.

Stock not updated on the site. I order a product in stock and oh! it's not available, the item has to be ordered from the supplier... in Japan...! I wanted to cancel my order before it was prepared, but they refused because the item was in stock and they were unable (or unwilling) to process the request. Very disappointing. No commercial sense. Avoid
Delivery deadlines were unilaterally changed by months, and the cost of the unavailable and unshipped product was retained by the seller and not refunded, nor was clarification given to the request for action.

My experience is downright bad. I only received a package after several weeks which contained only half of the goods ordered 2 items worth €45.60 were not !!!! delivered. While I did receive an email claiming that all goods were delivered. Several emails to the customer service is so far not !!!! You are not reachable by phone. So I certainly do not recommend you and will also ask the modeling website Scalemates to remove your link from their website !!!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE! My experience was disastrous, please do not buy here, they have terrible customer service and do not allow you to cancel orders. My order took months to arrive. when I tried to contact them by phone to ask for updates on my order they asked me to be patient as we had a mutual commitment, after weeks of not knowing anything I tried to cancel my order due to this situation and my calls went unanswered and my emails took almost a week to be answered. They would not let me cancel my order and sent me a very poorly packaged package with damage to the product boxes.
