I have not received anything and have been waiting for months for my order.
I received incomplete products and have been waiting for three months. They said they sent two products, but only one. I have already informed them, but there has been no response.
Order arrives late + nothing to do with the photo on the site. I do not recommend.
I placed my order in May, inquired in June, received no response, and in August! the order was delivered. I will not order again.

Average product received after almost 1.5 months of waiting. apparently it is indicated but as a new customer I saw nothing so there should be greater transparency and visibility on the extremely long delays. as a result, missed the birthday. gift arrived too late. moreover, the item is not very sturdy so I am doubly disappointed.

The model is mediocre and expensive. The box indicates scale 1/48 and the instructions (minimalist) indicate scale 1/72! Made in Ukraine for a Bulgarian brand. Avoid.
You have to threaten the site to receive your order. I will never order from this site again.
I ordered an item that was supposed to be in stock quickly, but only after payment did it turn out to be a pre-order that was postponed multiple times – without me being informed about it. The customer service responded slowly and evasively, even when I asked for an alternative that was actually in stock. After a lot of back and forth, my order was adjusted, but I received no clarity about the remaining amount that was not refunded. In the end, I only received my order weeks later, after much frustration and without any form of service.
Order placed on February 26, 2025. I received several automated messages indicating a delivery delay. At the beginning of July at the latest, I called them and discovered that my order had been forgotten. Finally, I received my order on July 21... I asked for a commercial gesture (even a small one, it's a matter of principle; free shipping or a €5 voucher would have satisfied me, even a card with handwritten apologies would have satisfied me) and I received yet another cryptic message indicating that my order encountered delivery problems. 5 months for a "slight delivery delay", I think I'm being mocked.
I had to wait 2 months for my order. There was no compensation whatsoever. Besides that, there was no status update. Just the message that I needed to be patient. In response to my inquiries to support, I only received a copy-paste message stating that the item would be delivered when possible, which effectively provides 0 information. Once and never again.
I receive a package after getting angry. The package is missing material. They give me a voucher that only serves to make me spend more on shipping than for the material. I have no words.
In case of cancellation of the order, the amount already paid will not be refunded.
The display case arrived defective and when I complained about it and asked for a replacement, they only offered me a 5€ voucher and no replacement. Even though I sent pictures of the defective display case. I will never buy anything from this shop again. Not recommended at all.

I ordered 3 sheets of faux leather on the site, rolled individually. Two of them arrived damaged, crushed. Useless for professional use. I mention this: I am offered a €5 voucher... First, I lost €22; second, I really don't want to order items on this site to use this voucher.

Seller kept pushing the shipment date. Promised me 3 times that the items would be shipped by the end of the month. I waited a total of 8 months on a single gunpla kit which was ready to be shipped in 1-3 days. I am still waiting on my second kit, which has yet to be shipped. Please buy somewhere else.

Delivery took way too long. A month and a half. And not at the scheduled place. Do not renew.

Delivery time 4 months, 1001 hobbies unreachable by phone to check on this order. After delivery, the observation is that an item was missing of which I had not been informed. It was after emailing 1001 hobbies that I received the response that the item would not be delivered and that a credit note had been issued. This is the first time I have encountered this situation with them. I have been placing orders with 1001 hobbies for 5 years hoping for fewer inconveniences in the future.
The product is good. The delivery was bad and the dedicated service regarding this problem does not address it.

Null stars! I placed my order on 31.05.25 and until today 6.7.25 have only received a partial delivery!! No information on whether and when the rest of my order will be shipped!! I will never order from 1001hobbies again!!
Dishonest and unscrupulous seller. Confirms a French version when it is an English version. And of course goes silent once confronted with his contradictions. Avoid!
I pre-ordered four models in September for a delivery initially scheduled for October, but it has been postponed several times. In December, I had to pay new shipping fees to receive only half of my order.
