Unresponsive customer service following a product error sent by them. It does not seem very serious. I am still waiting for a response to this day.

A scam!!! I ordered games for Christmas on this site. There was a delay, I didn't say anything at first, but after two weeks after Christmas, I bought the games elsewhere and wrote to cancel my order. I received no response. TWO MONTHS LATER, I receive an email saying that my order has been shipped! I wrote another email telling them that, given the delay, I wanted to cancel this order and request a refund. Still no response and the package is still waiting for me at the pickup point. I am not going to pick it up and I really hope to be refunded!!!

They are scammers. It has been more than 7 months since I placed my order and after months I receive an email saying that my order is on its way and then that I have not been home. According to them, they have sent it twice and no one has come here. I requested a refund and nothing.
Two months of waiting is too long, moreover it was not the model I wanted, I had to change for reasons I have already mentioned. I am really very disappointed. I don't know if I will ever place an order with 1001 hobbies again.

Hello, following the partially received order, I am disappointed with the customer service. I can understand that a reorganization is underway for several weeks, but please try to provide a response within 7 days, especially when it concerns an issue of usage of a voucher or partner code. And regarding the fact that there is no minimum commercial gesture on shipping costs when a delivery cannot be honored for a product that was available at the time of purchase and later went out of stock. Bad product delivered! Support worthless, cannot be reached by phone so you have to request online support via ticket. Then you hear nothing more! Waiting for 2 weeks...

Zero communication !! I received my package with the wrong parts and after several attempts to claim, no response, it seems there is no one !!
It couldn't have been a bigger disaster! on december the 5th i ordered two toys for christmas. after i got the information that currently they were not available, i canceled the order on december 15th, asking for my money back. i wrote several e-mails over the following weeks, all of them were completely ignored. the credit card company managed to get my money back. and suddenly in february, 1001 hobbies sent me the toys, as if nothing had happened. i didn't accept the package. it is on its way back now. so customer service at 1001 hobbies isn't just bad, it simply does not exist. i highly recommend not buying from them.
This companies customer service is an absolute joke. They couldn't accurately track the packed and took forever for the package to arrive. Stay away from them.

I am absolutely dissatisfied. I have already filed a complaint on your site - which went unanswered, so I will reiterate the points: 1) I ordered two boxes: an Airfix Mustang P51D 1:24 and a 'Male' MKI tank - I only received the Mustang 2) The box of the Mustang is in poor condition - crushed - but it is impossible here to send you the photos attached to my complaint again. (I can resend them to you!) My rating is actually ZERO stars, given not only your lamentable service but also your complete lack of responsiveness - receiving a request for feedback even before any reaction to my complaint made just an hour after receiving the package is ridiculous. I am eagerly awaiting a response from you.
The item I ordered was a Christmas gift. It arrived last week, while the website stated that the item was available. Only after ordering and payment was it reported that the item would be delivered later. Thus, I had no Christmas gift...
Order placed on January 23 with a promised delivery on January 30, finally delivery scheduled for February 5, unacceptable. I don't know if I will place my second order, I'm still thinking because I'm really disappointed.

Too long delay and damaged item
My order arrived about 40 days late at least that's what they tell me in an email I don't know where they left it in a block of 40 neighbors and I still don't see any package. I have requested a refund through PayPal because you don't respond. I will not place any more orders with you and even less recommend you.
The pre-order delivery took literally a year. They can't use the "it's a preorder" excuse since other shops in NL had them available after a few months. I got so tired of waiting that I bought the items from different shops around the 8-9 month mark. They don't do full refunds, only a percentage—my fault for not reading through their entire rule list. I'm sure if I had the task to read, I would've read the reviews first. One of the items got sold out at some point, which I was so surprised by, considering I bought it, what, 8-10 months ago? Leave it in the corner to collect dust while we wait for the other item, no? Anyways, never again for me, but I'm sure some people were lucky enough to have accidentally good experiences here.

Hello, at this time I still have not received my order and I am disappointed despite the number of emails you have sent me to justify your delay, I will not recommend your site.
A first order that never arrived because the product no longer existed!! but I had to claim it to be informed. on the other hand, very responsive to "collect" the payment! otherwise, when I placed a replacement order everything arrived very quickly. but as I already mentioned, it was a Christmas gift (2025) and not 2026. moreover, I would have appreciated a commercial gesture for all these inconveniences.
