Delivery too late
The product is very good, the only complaint I have is that it took much longer to arrive than what it said on the website at the time of purchase. If they improve the delivery it will be perfect. Thank you
The items purchased were marked as "available", which made me prefer them ( while costing more than elsewhere ) over other sites where they would be "available to order" ( at a lower price.) Once ordered and paid for I then learned that before they would be shipped they would have to be ordered from the supplier, which extended the time. Had I known that the packages were not immediately fisponable I would have ordered elsewhere and spent less.
I bought brass rods because I wanted them to be straight. They were sent in an envelope that was folded a little to fit in the letterbox.... You could have used rigid packaging...
Ordered product (mid January) when the site indicated it was in stock, then got email saying it was not deliverable and cancelled the order with money back, however the product was shipped last week anyway and they do not respond to email.
First order on this site on January 8 and delivered on February 3 because on this site the mention available means at the supplier but is not mentioned which is misleading because according to 1001 hobbies that means at the supplier but that I knew after placing order moreover no time was mentioned in the exchanges by mall therefore I had to raise 3 times to have a date of arrival of the product on the other hand I always had an answer to my reminders but I do not think of recommending on this site.
Problem with delivery
As I've already written to you, it would be good if the labels on the jars didn't obscure the reference number. What's more, your paints are overpriced compared with other claims for the same brand and manufacturer.

I've had a few problems with this site recently. When I accidentally placed a duplicate order (keep an eye on the quantities in the basket), I immediately reacted by sending messages and e-mails. I did receive one copy, but I've been waiting for a refund on the other for almost a month. Another example of my perennial dissatisfaction: when I was unpacking a model, I realized that a decal sheet was missing: I sent them a message, they replied saying they'd take care of it... then nothing. Now I wait...
I waited 19 days for my order for items that were marked on the website as available in 1-2 days. That is not acceptable. A bad rating from me for that. However, I've already had contact with customer service twice, so full marks for that. So my opinion: great troubleshooting and customer service, miserable delivery times
Delivery took a very long time compared to Amazon or ebay. But was announced for this period. You are very expensive compared to others. But you have a large selection and many new products in your range.

I had to ask for the whole order to be cancelled before they decided to send me what was available.
The order arrived correctly and on time. I give it three stars because all the jars had a sticker that prevented me from knowing what reference it was and removing it was not so easy, that's why the 3 stars.
In the last order there has been a long delay and little information about the reason for the delay.

The webstor origins cartoon ver action figure appeared to be available, but it was actually to be ordered from the supplier. when it finally arrived, i got the surprise that the card back was bent 90 degrees at the blister level. if i wanted to resell it, i would have to do so as loose. fortunately, 1001 hobbies caters to collectors, who notoriously demand the perfect box...
One item turned out to be out of stock, but I was not informed about that. It was only when I inquired that the missing part of the order had just arrived. In the end, it took more than 3 weeks before I received my items.
Delivery time too long
Delivery poorly packed and took very long, came from France indicate this when ordering. Also indicate that free delivery is only with pickup. Now you only find out when it is ordered/paid. Still satisfied hence the sufficient greetings Henk
You should check order status and take action before the customer does. After 2 weeks after payment, order confirmation was still missing. After the reminder however the order was processed and arrived correctly.
Unfortunately a very long delivery time this time
It was not really clear to me that the item I ordered (warlord starter set) was not in stock and that I ordered it not in the Netherlands but in France, so it took longer than expected. Items were delivered well in the end.

Very late. But order arrived safely.
The item I was looking for was sold out everywhere, only 1001hobbies indicated they still had stock and could ship within one business day. Therefore, I ordered the item from 1001hobbies. But after ordering, it was indicated that the item had to be ordered from the supplier first. This took 3 weeks. All this time the website indicated they still had stock. I find this deception. Also never had a response to my question about the order.
Hello delivery on time but the polistirene glue had hardened so couldn't be used couldn't get you on the phone?
Stock information must be kept up to date to avoid surprises for customers waiting for their order.
