Unfortunately the delivery took far too long (2.5 weeks).
Unfortunately eea went wrong with the delivery. Eventually resolved well but after enough email traffic.
I am half satisfied. I did receive my order even though it took time. However, who decided to stick a label on the Tamiya paint pots? Great, now we have a color hat and no longer the label with the reference. Just because the color is visible doesn't mean it's not a specific reference that doesn't dilute like another.... Really, I find this completely useless. It ruins my shopping experience!
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue, which has been a long-standing problem with our Tamiya paint supplier. For years, we have been asking them to reposition the labels so that the paint number is visible, allowing you to easily distinguish between two shades of gray or white. Unfortunately, they insist that this label is mandatory and complies with CE standards to be sold in France.
We fully understand the difficulties caused by this labeling arrangement, and we are sincerely sorry.

Wide choice but very long delivery.
Game damaged, ordering system a bit weird with products available but available. I don't think I'd recommend this place. Having said that, because not everything is black and white, good customer service was reactive in sending me part of my order (even though it was damaged).

Package was flimsy and not up to the task, one of the bottles of paint had damage to the cap, thankfully it did not spill or the whole contents of the order would have been destroyed. I had to be transferred to another bottle immediately. Also, the whole order was about 10 days later than first notified.
Big delivery problems with chronopost
Unfortunately the order was incomplete. However, as I have never had any other ordering problems with your company, I will always order from your site if I need to.

Delivery not held in the time given by the site, models missing part.
The product was marked "available" when I ordered it ... but I waited 15 days before receiving it. A misleading and regrettable statement

Came from France. Exactly what I had ordered. Took awhile but that’s customs. Good job
Small and expensive I have found it later on other sites for less than half the price.
Ordered a Gunpla model. They have quite a few in the store but a lot of them are actually in backorder meaning you've no idea when you'll get them. Keep in mind that this store is based in France so shipping to the Netherlands was quite a bit more expensive. Otherwise the actual delivery was fine. My item took three workdays to arrive. All and all not really a remarkable experience. I'd only recommend them for Gunpla kits that aren't available anywhere else and that they have in actual stock.
Fast delivery eventually, but website showed all products in stock when in fact none of them were and the delivery was missing an item, so I had to buy that elsewhere.
The ordered items often take very long before they are there a while ago I had ordered 2 boxes and I got 1 of them here several times been behind it has taken a long time but is neatly resolved I got another box sent for free that was then again classy otherwise friendly and neat customer service so not everything is bad but those orders should be better people pay for it too that can not be so

I received the order 24 days after payment.
Products as ordered. But I was a bit surprised by the delivery time of one month for an order declared available. Patience is a virtue. Having said that, it's true that on the scale of evolution, it's very fast...
7 days to send products that are "available" or "sent in 24h" is not cool. And it's not the first time, unfortunately.
Part of my order is missing
The 1001hobbies online store is good, they have many products at low prices and you get them quickly. But I filed a complaint about some products but never got a reply, which disappointed me. So I won't order such products from 1001 hobbies anymore.
The delivery took a very long time, there was no shipping confirmation. Shipping was from France and not from Germany as suggested. There was no customer service regarding delivery, but the response via PayPal was quick and friendly and the product arrived.
17 days to receive a package a bit long ....dommage
They take too long to deliver the order.
The order was received. One month later
Delivery dates not as specified. No information on enlargement or new delivery date.
The delivery reached us two months after the announced date!
When you don't need the order right away, it's okay. It does take a tremendously long time for everything to arrive. Be patient.
An item did not arrive complete. After complaining by e-mail, I received a reply that my request would be processed, but still no solution...
So when we do not have the items in stock they do not mark that they are in stock Result 2 months to have my complete order is not normal.
Delay too long
Took a long time to prepare the order, even though the products were supposedly in stock. Delivery took far too long, arriving far too late after a birthday. And it was impossible to contact customer service by phone.
No decal sheets in the box. Despite my calls and messages, no news of a shipment of the missing plate, an exchange or a return. I'm furious.

I actually never received the product. I received an empty envelope. I reached out a couple of different ways but didn't get any response back until I went directly to the website. When I did get through, the responses were very fast and I was refunded quickly. So poor choice of shipping packaging, and some delay in getting through but once that happened, the problem was resolved quickly.
