The item I was looking for was sold out everywhere, only 1001hobbies indicated they still had stock and could ship within one business day. Therefore, I ordered the item from 1001hobbies. But after ordering, it was indicated that the item had to be ordered from the supplier first. This took 3 weeks. All this time the website indicated they still had stock. I find this deception. Also never had a response to my question about the order.

Stuff was fine on the site, everything after was not fine. I received multiple emails that my ordered product was still in my mantle and therefore still needed to be ordered. This was never the case and only caused confusion. Therefore, I wanted to call your phone number, which thus did not work. Finally, I ordered this product from you since it was said that there would be an estimated delivery time of 7 days. Now I understand that Christmas complicated some things, but still then a mention that the delivery times will be different during the holidays would be quite nice.
