I placed my order (and was charged for… I placed my order (and was charged for it) on July 25th. As of August 18th, I still have not received it. When I enter my order number in the box they provide to track my parcel, nothing happens. I still have no response as to when I may expect to receive my merchandise. Had I known it would take the better part of a month to fulfill an order for one sheet of decals and two tins of paint, I would have gone elasewhere.

I only ordered products noted""in stock"". After 1 week my order was not sent because a product was missing. Complaint and promise of reimbursement, order sent. A product damaged during shipment (unpacked model brush) and still no refund for the missing product 5 weeks later. In the end, I only lost a few euros, but I doubt I'll be ordering from this site again.
