Delivery too long. Order placed on April 24 and charged the same day. Colissimo delivery charges also paid. Parcel only left the depot on April 30, 6 days later. Received on May 4. Damaged box without return form inside. On their website they say they will "" refund within 30 days if not satisfied"". It's totally false, they actually offer to give us a credit note. Site to flee! Never again

Order placed March 27, 2020 package received May 04, 2020 no mail no return forced to recontact!!!! And in the end I received acrylic paints instead of enamel paints that were available and that I had ordered!!! very disappointed I have to recommend the paints on another site ... strongly discouraged scam and no respect for the customer would never order again

I placed my order on April 13. IT HAS NOT ARRIVED YET. I wanted it to surprise my sister for her birthday on April 25. Last week I wrote to them asking and within days they replied that they were sorry but the product I had ordered more than two weeks before is out of stock. They let me reserve placing the order and paying for it. And they have not bothered to give any more information. I have not been able to gift anything to my sister because I was waiting for this trusting that they worked well but they don't and you feel very helpless and powerless with them. Now after more than two weeks of waiting and after I asked .... Their answer is : If you want your money back. AND THAT IS NO LONGER ENOUGH!!!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED SAD AND WORRIED PO

I pay 20 € for an express delivery that should have arrived on April 8. Well, the package arrived more than 2 weeks later. In addition they tell you that the package is already shipped when in fact if you track it it says that it has not left their facilities. Covid has a good back. Change the delivery dates on the site and at least answer the phone to reassure customers. If I did that with my customers....Bref I wouldn't order from 1001 hobb any more.

Extremely disappointed !!!!!! Over 1 month and a half for delivery!!! Upon receipt of the package no paint matches the color needed for the project!!! Despite ordering the accessory kit, a salesman advised us over the phone! 30€ all the same !!!! Alleen op de site zag ik dat de transactie geslaagd was. Na 3 weken heb ik ze gemaild met de vraag waar het bleef. Vervolgens 5 dagen later antwoord gehad, waar ik helemaal niks mee kon. Daarna nog 3x contact gezocht via de mail (want het buitenlandse nummer op de site doet het natuurlijk niet...) Geen reactie. Ik wil gewoon mijn geld terug en ik bestel hier NOOIT MEER.
