The prices on this site are far too high compared with other modelling sites. For example, the Renault RE20 Turbo Italeri Reference 4707 Scale 112 costs 250.99 euros (in their kindness they offer you a 5% discount, i.e. 238.44 euros), whereas this model can be found for 138 euros on france-maquette oupsmodel.com or breizh-modelisme. I'm well aware that prices are free, but at this level, it's not enough.

An order was placed and 500 euros were debited, but I still haven't received the material. I don't understand why, despite the current period, the debit has been made without the material having arrived (500 euros all in all).

I ordered an item a model of a rural house kit towards the end of March 2020 . This order was processed but for some reason you had the wrong address ,the courier could not deliver as they did not recognize the address, i contacted you and gave the correct address since then I have heard nothing.

Excellent products (at the moment I have only viewed them on the Web page). Considering the Covid 19 emergency situation I do not think it is acceptable that the order (INCLUDING PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD) placed on the 3rd is shipped the requested material only on the 8th (having paid as much as 10 euros for shipping and having promised delivery by the 10th). Zero rating on the organization!!! I await a business proposal from the Company including an apology!!! WARNING!!!

I ordered some paints on the 030220 they never arrived I requested a refund after 3 weeks it is now the 140420 and not received my refund and just get a load of excuses from these people. This is the worst company ever.

Waardeloze club, Waardeloze club. Heb hier een Bronco coastal submarine 1/35 besteld met wat verf. Toen ik het model binnen kreeg zaten er twee dezelfde essentiële onderdelen in, dus paste het niet op elkaar. Mail gestuurd hierover op 13 februari. Het antwoord dat ik kreeg Er is contact gezocht met de leverancier. En het kon wel heel lang duren voordat het desbetreffende onderdeel zou duren. Ipv een andere doos open trekken en het onderdeel opsturen moest ik dus wachten. Uiteindelijk vond ik wel dat ik lang had gewacht. (en ik heb echt begrip met een Corona crisis). Op 23 maart heb ik de fabrikant Bronco (China) zelf maar een mailtje gestuurd met dit verhaal en vandaag 15 april heb ik de juiste onderdelen op de mat liggen. Pffff...ik bestel nooit meer wat bij deze club. Klant is koning...tot aan de deurmat.

I feel ripped off and this will be the last purchase I will make at this store. they have sold me a product that they did not have or expect to have. Almost a month ago I made the purchase of a set of Eduard photoetched parts to improve a model. On the 8th the order status was updated to "sent". I have not received it yet. The Covid19 excuse does not help me because I have ordered things to Germany or Poland that have arrived to Madrid in a matter of four days.

On the tracking page it says that it is in delivery so it takes 2 days in the morning it says in delivery and at night system failure ... 2 days waiting for the delivery person to arrive and it does not arrive ... I will have to cancel the purchase and get my money back.

All parts of the fuselage are affected. 1001 maquettes replied, saying that the problem was well known and that buyers know that poor-quality models need to be retouched before assembly. There are holes and very pronounced imperfections. I can't see how I can make them disappear, especially as it's a rocket and there are drawings in the fuselage, so it's impossible to make up for them. I'm a jewelry maker, so I know all about surface treatment. 1001 maquettes offers me a €15 voucher for a €70 model, which curiously enough is €40 on the official French Mach2 website. Disappointed with my purchase! The image and description do not correspond to the model I received! The model ordered is reference 2464 with two characters as indicated on the visual and on the detailed description. The model received is reference 2464A with a single character and is much less qualitative in terms of design! In other words, I would have chosen another website, AMAZON, which offered the model delivered for less. My son's enthusiasm at the time of receipt got the better of the packaging before seeing that the model didn't match, so it was impossible to return the parcel! Please modify your advert and clearly indicate the model you actually supply and possibly make a commercial gesture! In spite of everything, I didn't know the COBI brand and products.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED NOT TO BE TRUSTED. There is a sign all over their website that they are sending orders with business as usual. Paid for goods weeks ago and nothing sent. No message to explain any delays. No replies to my own messages asking where is the order. Now going to bank to get refund. Total waste of your time and money by a rubbish outfit -which clearly is their usual way of doing business by all accounts
