Delivery far too slow, over 15 days. Order arrived incomplete. Figure arrived broken in packaging. I had to contact the after-sales service (efficient) and they sent me a voucher to be used on my next order (including high shipping costs for Belgium). This is the last time I order on this site, which was so long ago.

1001 is ridiculous 6 days ago l wrote a review under the title of ""1001 sucks."" On 7/23, l received an email advising me that my items had shipped and l would receive them in a few days. Well its now 7/27, and l have received nothing. I checked their sometimes working tracking site and it's difficult to understand because its all in French. I guess they don't understand that not everybody speaks French. As of today the tracking icon that shows you where the item is indicates that it is nowhere near being delivered. I don't even think it's reached the U.S. It seems they sent it via a raft. I don't expect it for at least another week. I noticed that while looking at other reviews the company only responds to positive reviews and publicly thanks those reviewers. However, they don't respond to negative reviews. I guess it's against their policies to publicly acknowledge and apologize for their mistakes. After my experience with this company l will never order from them again. I recommend you don't either. If you do it's at your own risk. You've been warned.

Unbelievably awful service I was planning on buying various things from there site, but after seeing these reviews I tested it with one item first. I payed for the fastest shipping option and they still took over 2 months. After I finally recieved the package I figured I could order the other things I wanted since the first one checked out (even with ridiculous time). But than a month after my second order I receive an email stating the items were listed at the wrong price , and they removed every single item I purchased from their website. Took them a month to let me know they messed up, AND THE REFUND STILL HASNT GONE THROUGH!!! Forgot to add this part too at first... but also when I asked them a question via email it took 4 days for a response and the answer was just PART OF MY OWN QUESTION COPY PASTED AND SENT BACK TO ME. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS SITE!!!!!

Ordered a kit 9 weeks ago and was told that it had been dispatched a week later. After several email exchanges I requested an update or a refund to which the response was that they were still following up with Hermes. No further communication was forthcoming so I instructed my bank to reclaim a refund via the Chargeback arrangement which they did straight away. For more than 20 years I have ordered models from all over the world with few problems. Perhaps I was just unlucky but this was the first and last time I will use this supplier.

Horrible mail order service. My order was poorly packed so everything was covered in paint. It was a more than $80 order. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and refused to replace the shipment. They offered a $10 credit. Horrible mail order service. DO NOT order on-line from them. Update July 22 ""1001modellbau""-Team probably does not understand German Goods were returned and no refund was made. ->Because goods were not returned and another return bill was created. So once on July 2 a return slip and this was used for the return. Arrived on July 15 at 1001ScheißLaden Now on July 21 again a return slip with the request to return the goods. I am speechless !!!!!!!! My tip is not to order here !!!!!!!!! The store is so stupid and asks me for a rating if I have already given a negative rating. They don't understand German and I'm not sure about English. Update July 17th Goods were returned have arrived there on 15.7. On 17.7 after inquiry came the return message from 1001 the package has not yet arrived. -> Recognition super in wrong delivery and super in very slow processes this has nothing to do with COVID19. Unfortunately, one star has to be awarded here see this as a negative star. ------------------------------------------------------------ Ordered blue comp. and received black. After a very long wait, the parts were delivered Ordered components from Blackbull for an RC car color in blue. The parts arrived in black. After complaint no quick solution is focused but the supplier is contacted in this regard and time is lost further. Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Telephone recalmation not possible. Return bill has arrived let's see when the money will be transferred back.
