Insufficient packaging broken box fortunately it did not touch the model

Item corresponds well to the order. Perfect packaging. The fault: order placed on Nov. 4, 2020 and card payment immediately debited but package reported gone a week later !!!!!!! Usually payment is made when the goods leave, for reasons of security.

Despite my patience, it's very DIFFICULT to make the circus CORRECTLY...! A simple tube of glue doesn't do the job, so I had to use a glue gun to make some of the assemblies. What's more, the photo doesn't correspond to what's in the box - no poles, no strings, etc. In fact, I made the tent (in the photos) to my own taste, but it's not finished.

Slow delivery. My order was ""ready for dispatch"" for three days and I had to chase it.

Good for taking into account the package and delivery but not great for the address of the relay point.... I ask to be delivered in Champagnole and my parcel arrives in Poligny 20 km further on.

Corresponding model but only 4 colors for the paint and it is water-based paint as for the children's decorations so very limited in quality I had to recommend the paint on the side additional expense of more than 25 euros it was not the goal I had seen the model cheaper elsewhere but I took it because there was glue and paint.

Two problems with the delivery: I asked for a home delivery but it didn't take place, so I had to collect the parcel from the post office. Apparently a problem with colissimo in my area. So I paid more for home delivery, which I didn't get. Second thing: one of the puzzle boxes arrived very damaged, apparently dented by one of the other boxes. Otherwise, the products are exactly as pictured on the online ordering site.

The products correspond to the order. These products were supposedly available for delivery within 3 days. Products ordered and charged to card on 101020. Received on 221020. 10 days delivery by colissimo is very expensive.

I give 2 stars because disappointed I thought there was paint but not. I would not have bought them if I had had this information.

Three days ago I spoke to an English speaking lady of your customer service who told me that in your system only two items were sent to me????. According to you I should still receive three items while I am missing one Z6217 ( British 25lb howitzer) I was supposed to receive a refund voucher by mail but haven't received it yet!
