Everything super gladly again

Unfortunately, the order arrived damaged. I contacted customer service by e-mail (pictures attached) and received a reply a few hours later. I was offered a discount which I did not accept due to the severe damage. As there was no response, I called them and immediately got a member of staff on the phone. I was told that I would be sent a replacement and this arrived undamaged with DHL Express. Some people criticize the long delivery times, but as a model maker I find this acceptable as many items are ordered from the rest of the world. Overall, however, I am very satisfied.

We started off badly when I paid for a 72 hour shipment and the item arrived a week and a half late, after spending days looking for a way to contact them to make a return, they gave me a shipping address and 10 days ago they received the package and I still haven't heard anything from them or my money. I have not heard anything from them or my money.

Good quality, it was my first model and I loved it. Good service. I will definitely buy again in 1001 maqueta.

Excellent service. I ordered from UK and unfortunately the item did not arrive but when I contacted the seller they were only too happy to send a replacement at no extra cost to myself. This is the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Fully recommend this seller. Replacement package was delivered promptly and in good condition. Wonderful and many thanks.

Everything is perfect at 1001 Maquettes. Small suggestion: From the Orne department I ordered a Skyraider model for my brother in the Gers. The information about these models in general specifies that the box contains neither glue nor paint. For the glue, it's easy to say. But as for the paint, I searched the 1001 M. website but couldn't find the information I needed to buy the right paints. What can I do? As for the rest, it's flawless and I congratulate 1001 M
