Arrived broken and when I tried to contact you for a replacement you did not respond.

I placed an order on May 27. The amount was immediately debited but no order confirmation. 15 days later I started to write messages through the support not a single response. I finally found a contact address on trustpilot. No response. It's now been over a month since the order was placed and I've had no response to my requests. Mostly, I've had time to realize that prices are lower with this company.

To flee like the plague they debit the money and products are then unavailable although competitors have it in stock they offer a credit and refuses any refund I intend to take legal action against them and to finish the show they do not answer the phone because of covid!

COMPLETE RUBBISH! THE POSITIVE REVIEWS SEEM TO BE THE OPPOSITE OF MY EXPERIENCE AND SEEM BOGUS! I placed an order for 279.65 Euros on June 13, 2020 and still nothing! I am disappointed, not to say very angry. I've been waiting 2 months for my order to be delivered and nothing has been done to date. No phone calls, just typical stereo e-mails... This was a first order for me and I thought things would go well. Unfortunately, it turns out that a purchase of almost 200 euros doesn't seem to attract much interest from the seller. I know what I'll have to do in the future. This really isn't serious and I'm asking for my money back.

Kreeg de dag na mijn bestelling een mail van '1001hobbys.nl' en in het onderwerp '1001hobbies'. In de mail stond een link naar '1001hobbies.nl' terwijl die hele website niet bestaat. Ook nadat ik een poos geleden bij deze winkel iets had besteld kreeg ik een week erna allemaal reclamemails in 3 verschillende talen van ze. Op hun website laten ze alleen de 4- en 5-sterrenreviews zien. Get your shit together, 1001hobbies/1001hobbys/1001modelkits/1001modelbouw! Het is overduidelijk een zooi bij jullie.

Still not shipped after three weeks

Worst Supplier I have ever dealt with Possibly the worst supplier I have ever had to deal with & if there was a Zero rating I would give it. Placed an order and after 6 weeks nothing received and very limited communication from 1001. Decided to cancel order and requested a refund that has taken a further 6 weeks for return to me. At no time did 1001 answer what I call a straight question with a straight answer. The so called London phone number is either off or answer machine but then what would you expect when the company is based in FRANCE. So if you intend purchasing from this company be & you experience problems be prepared for a difficult time.

I mistakenly paid for an order three times, only one payment was refunded and the order was cancelled.

22 days, no tracking ID and they have no idea when/were my item is 22 days no tracking number, they keep passing it off as we am waiting for it to get to us, they tryed fobbing me off with a 5% off another item DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Trying to get your money refunded is very difficult with delay tactics in reply emails. Had to use Paypal dispute process to get my money refunded. Would never use them again, extremely poor customer service. I Do not recommend this seller.

Purchase of HMS Victory 134 cm model from Billing. The absence of plate 3239L-2 has been reported several times. Still no solution proposed! So I'm left with a 600€ model that I can't finish! I hope to be able to find the money to finish this boat with a more reliable company.

Customer service unable to validate the credit notes they granted me, not to mention an order that still hasn't arrived after more than 4 weeks of waiting, even though I had removed the items that were no longer in stock in order to speed things up ... e

Month and a half without receiving my order. When I ask about their delivery date they reply that they do not have it in stock. The least decent thing was for them to have contacted me a week after I placed the order to notify me that they are out of stock, not a month and a half later when I was the one who asked about my order. I still have not received my money back.
