The order took longer than indicated. When it arrived it turned out that we had made a mistake with the order due to a bad description of it. We had to contact the support in France because the one here did not answer. Their response was basically that I made a mistake.
HelloI placed an order at the beginning of November which was never sent. I asked for a refund on November 28, the very day they confirmed that my order had been sent...I then cancelled it and since then I've been waiting for a refund for over 6 weeks...I'm very disappointed and I no longer trust this site. I don't know if I'll ever get a refund... I don't recommend
I placed my order on December 18 and it still hasn't arrived, even though they said it would be delivered before Christmas. I should have read the reviews before I probably would not have ordered it.

I ordered a model kit on the 19th of November picking the express delivery for it to be here before Christmas and it has still not arrived I have emailed then and spoke on the phone saying the item isn't it stock which it should state on the Web page and shouldn't allow you to pay extra for delivery when they don't have it I will not be ordering from here again really bad customer service not happy at all

Very very bad I order on December 22 because the web offered shipping before 30 the 30 sent me message that they do not have it in stock to be sent before January 7 on January 6 again receive the same mail ... I called them on the 30th saying that it was a gift of kings gave them the same mocking attitude do not solve ... Better to buy it in Japan is what they do.... Lousy customer service

Toen ik het aankreeg na 3 weken wachten ( wat al te laat was ) was dit heel slecht ingepakt en er zat geen kaartje bij. Ik kon wel door de grond zinken van schaamte. Is de laatste keer dat ik hier bestel.

I will never shop here again. I got the broken glue and all the paint cans stained with glue. I sent them an email explaining that we had cleaned the paint cans but the glue was broken and to send us a new one. They replied that I should send them the status of the order and see you later Lucas. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back. I have also called them by phone but they don't answer in Spanish and there is never anyone on the chat page. If you pay for a product in advance, the least they can do is to take care of it if something arrives in the wrong place.

Were stalled for over 3 weeksthen it was said the package has disappearedon the phone the employee promised us she would take care of it immediately and would call back but she never did! But miracles happen again and again especially at Christmas time today on December 27, 2019! the package arrived! Nevertheless never again!

I ordered a model on December 6 for a Christmas present. Today is the 25th and it has never arrived at the worldwide relay point. I contacted 1001 maquettes and even though the people were very nice, no one was able to tell me where my package was. The Mondial Relay point has been closed for 1 month and I'm still waiting for an answer.
Sorry for this counter-opinion, but the advertised prices are more than excessive! I found the P38 model by tamiya in the shops at 6900 euro, offered here at 13900...., so it's not at all competitive.
Order made on 1112 and it's now 2512 and still nothing in point relay change the deliveryman quickly because it was a christmas present and now it's useless to have it 3 weeks after the order and don't talk to me about strikes I don't think parcels arrive by train.

Ordered on December 8 for Christmas. With several items, including 1 that was supposed to be available within 3 to 5 days, the order left very late and will not be delivered for Christmas! Result: 0 gift for my son at the foot of the stairs.

I'm still fighting for a refund for a package that wasn't delivered. Staff have been inconsistent with their ""solutions"". I have had to chase this all the way, nobody has ever bothered to update me without me chasing them. Their ""live"" chat which is supposed to be available Monday to Friday in business hours is normally unavailable Can not recommend them Now I've received an entirely useless reply that I can't have my refund until they've finished their investigation. Al een bestelling gedaan eind november. Deze zou binnen 5 werkdagen geleverd worden. Vorige week dan gebeld na heel veel keren te moeten bellen ben ik dan toch eindelijk binnen geraakt. Zeggen ze dat mijn bestelling deze week tussen maandag en woensdag met de post geleverd wordt. De post is zojuist geweest en nog steeds zat het pakket er niet bij ook al heeft een Engelstalige man me verzekerd dat woensdag de bestelling er zeker zou zijn. Ik heb vandaag al meerdere malen proberen te bellen maar er neemt nooit iemand op! Deze leverancier is niet betrouwbaar! Jammer dat ik al betaald heb. Ik hoop alsnog voor vrijdag mijn pakket te hebben!

I was wrongly annoyed when I didn't receive my order for an airplane model that was in stock. I have just received the model and am very pleased with it. However, the delivery was slow, probably because the package had to be delivered to Belgium. I will order again without hesitation in case of need. Best regards

Unhelpful response I'm into week 2 of chasing this company for a refund for items which have been lost in shipping. The items are Christmas presents which I need to have in 2 days time to give to people. Very unhelpful service - just tell me I have to wait for the investigation with Hermes which 10 days in has produced a zero result. I would NOT recommend ordering from them.
