Slow delivery and I was bombarded with emails in French. However, the actual products I ordered were packaged well and of good quality which is the main thing.

The model airplane was as advertised and its delivery was timely My only problem with 1001 Modelkits related to the shipping and handling charge of $26.99. I consider that charge excessive for the small lightweight package that was shipped. Had the shipping and handling charge been more reasonable I would have rated my experience as five star.
