Fifteen days to have two models in stock plus 4 to 6 days for delivery. As a result, my son may not get a Christmas present. I should have gone to a real retailer.
Disappointed with customer service I placed an order on 22 November (for an item that ""usually ships 3-5 days""). Order did not ship until 9 December. Next, I specifically requested and paid for expedited shipping, but item was shipped economy (2 weeks delivery time and no tracking). As a result, it is unlikely my item will not arrive in time to be a Christmas gift as intended (more than a month after ordering). Customer service offered to refund the difference between economy and expedited shipping, but this won't help the package get here in time. BEWARE of poor quality and slow customer service.

So far very bad the currier company is unable to delivery to pack . Absolutely you need to find another provider for Portugal . Hope they can find a way to delivery It or very soon I will ask the money back . Black Friday or Xmas not an excuse for so bad service among other things it impossible to contact them by phone or email . BIG Zero as service .

I ordered a piece on NOVEMBER 18 at a cost of 29.90 and as charges I PAID 15euro to have it in 3-5 business days to have it right away and STILL TODAY DECEMBER 6 I HAVE NOTHING ARRIVED. I hope it gets to me but NEVER AGAIN will I buy from this site. NEVER AGAIN. Their excuse saying long wait for the part but the cost of fast shipping they took it right away. Not recommended.

After almost 20 days since they say they sent it there is still no news of the order they say they are investigating what has happened but the one who is left without order and without the amount is me now they will say that I have chosen slow shipping and that they have no news about this and that I have not communicated anything next time I will publish all the emails sent asking about the order and the dates.
Good quality and very easy shopping experience! Items are as advertised on website and you receive emails promptly to let you know where your parcels are. Would use again 🙂
An order placed on November 3rd says according to their website that it will be shipped on the 15th of that month on the 28th I still don't know anything about the shipment since the distributor in Madrid has not arrived in 13 days of travel from France to Spain today it has to be bringing a lame donkey at least I will continue to wait but little hope that this appears. Bad delivery service if I do not receive the order in 3 days I cancel the order since I ordered it on November 21 and on the 25th they do not even know where it is, it is clear that this is the last order I place with them.

Nefarious. This is the second time they have done the same thing to me. I don't buy from them anymore. When choosing the products it appeared on the screen that they would deliver the product between 3 - 5 days and it has taken 21 days. 16 days after collecting the money they send an email stating that they are taking too long because they do not have the product in stock. Hiding this information from the customer at the time of purchase is abusing the transaction and denying the buyer the possibility of choosing an alternative. It is a good way to lose the confidence of buyers, even if it takes 21 days.

Nefarious experience. Everything went wrong from the beginning we call and they tell us that it takes about a week after 15 days if it is not because I investigated in the transport company I am still waiting for them. Another victim ... I bought from them for the first time with all the illusion and I am afraid that my purchase will never arrive ... seeing their procedure and reading on multiple sites the complaints about them and feel completely identified. 1º I make the order and I get that I have free shipping ECO but no tracking number ... I try to change the shipping method even if I have to pay but I prefer to have tracking number. 2º In the system I try to ask for it to be sent by registered mail with tracking number. 3º The system does not let me because it automatically redirects me to the ECO shipping method ... very smart on their part so they have the excuse to communicate to their victim that the package has been lost because they can not track it ... in the XXI century few packages are lost. 4º Shortly after my purchase they send me an email saying that my package should have arrived by now but it is still in transit.... (I wonder how they can track it if it is not supposed to be in transit). 5º Entering in my 1001maquetas account and checking my order etc I see a tracking number ....!!!!! surprise !!!! must be courtesy of 1001maquetas and finally they send it to me with tracking. 6º Nothing at all, another joke for the poor victim who has trusted you. 7º This tracking number does not exist. As I said before, seeing the multiple complaints about you in situations like mine, I don't understand why you do this. If they want to profit at the expense of doing these things better be worth it and worth a few 1.000.000.€ not a measly 6144 € of my order with number 178410 UPDATE: 14112019 The SCAM that is what it is follows its ordinary procedure as they have it mounted them. 1001 . I receive a mail that an investigation has been launched and may have been lost .... The paquetesenvíos with the correct address how is my case are not lost and more in the territory UE.... what the package has never left is people seeing all the NEGATIVE comments they have it is seen that they have by system from time to time or daily I dare say to proceed with this type of SCAMS.
