No Shame! Oh dear..beginning to regret my order after reading site reviews. Ordered 6 days ago and no update on order status still showing processing? Sadly For a quick and reliable service it's probably best sticking to eBay/Amazon.. Lol! Ok So it's my fault. I should have known. No change here..still regretting ordering from these people. I paid 65� for express shipping from france to switzerland and still waited 20 days for my package to arrive. Even though all items were listed as available. Prices are with tax included but they shouldnt if the customer is outside of France. (In the End i paid around 413$ for the same item i could have gotten from Ebay for 320$ with faster shipping and less trouble. Thats why i rate it Poor for anyone who lives outside France. But what i also have to say that the items arrived in perfect condition and everything was okay. Customer service was also really nice and helpful. But still....

Absolutely terrible customer service March 2020 update: Still waiting February 2020 update: Several weeks later, after claiming to be processing a refund, I am still waiting. Absolutely terrible customer service, waited a month for an item that showed as shipped only to be told they marked as shipped as a mistake with no resolution. Even in their reply below, you can see how half hearted their customer service is. I never received even an apology and am still waiting for a refund. Do not purchase from this website. As you can continue to see below, they have never even attempted to apologize, just more dumb jokes. This was a late gift request from my nephew and I was thrilled to see in stock here because it was sold out everywhere else. Instead the order stalled after a couple of days, reading as 'shipped' with no update or communication. Not everyone is in on your brand of humor, some people just want to buy a thing and have it delivered to the address provided in the time frame that was given at check, you know, like how all e-commerce sites work. Not this one though, they will not deliver your order and think they're cool with insider humor while doing it. I'm sure whatever self-important reply they have next will only continue to show how little they care about their customers. Literally all that needed to be said, was 'We're so sorry, we will process a refund' or you could have provided any update to shipping when something was clearly stalled for about 3 weeks on an order that should have been delivered within one.

On December 27th I made the purchase in which it said that it would take 8 days to arrive and today I still have not received anything and the woman who attends in Spain all she does is to give capotazos and not make it clear where it is or how long it will take.

Hello Great choice of parts---> good! Availability indicated on the site---> good! Actual availability ---> very bad! Order placed on 29.12.19 we are today 12.01.20 and nothing received. Several telephone exchanges with nice people but everything is complicated! My delivery address at a "point relai" doesn't seem to be taken into account...what can you do when you're not at home during the day...?! That's why I asked and insisted again and again to be delivered where I wanted from the start, i.e. at a relay point! I request a refund for items not yet dispatched as soon as possible! Thank you for taking this into account so that I can also take this into account in the future.
The order took longer than indicated. When it arrived it turned out that we had made a mistake with the order due to a bad description of it. We had to contact the support in France because the one here did not answer. Their response was basically that I made a mistake.

I asked for a refund on November 28, the very day they confirmed that my order had been sent...I then cancelled it and since then I've been waiting for a refund for over 6 weeks...I'm very disappointed and I no longer trust this site. Very very bad I order on December 22 because the web offered shipping before 30 the 30 sent me message that they do not have it in stock to be sent before January 7 on January 6 again receive the same mail ... I called them on the 30th saying that it was a gift of kings gave them the same mocking attitude do not solve ... Better to buy it in Japan is what they do.... Lousy customer service

I will never shop here again. I got the broken glue and all the paint cans stained with glue. I sent them an email explaining that we had cleaned the paint cans but the glue was broken and to send us a new one. They replied that I should send them the status of the order and see you later Lucas. I have emailed them twice and have not heard back. I have also called them by phone but they don't answer in Spanish and there is never anyone on the chat page. If you pay for a product in advance, the least they can do is to take care of it if something arrives in the wrong place.

I ordered a model on December 6 for a Christmas present. Today is the 25th and it has never arrived at the worldwide relay point. I contacted 1001 maquettes and even though the people were very nice, no one was able to tell me where my package was. The Mondial Relay point has been closed for 1 month and I'm still waiting for an answer.
Sorry for this counter-opinion, but the advertised prices are more than excessive! I found the P38 model by tamiya in the shops at 6900 euro, offered here at 13900...., so it's not at all competitive.
