Model box was shipped without a packing... Model box was shipped without a packing box, so when it arrived the model box was damaged. This was meant to be a gift, and now it looks all crappy. Especially for the outrageous shipping price. **reply to shipper's comment** It was shipped by being wrapped in bubble wrap. No shipping box. The label was taped to the bubble wrap.

I ordered pots of paint for my model but my order was incomplete, some pots were missing.

Unfortunately the parcel I received was incomplete. Although the parcel arrived on time and in very good condition, it should have included a white spray (CORAX WHITE SPRAY (GLOBAL)). The white spray was missing from the parcel, which is why I only put 25 Ã

I ordered in early June. A month later they sent me the wrong parcel. They would not send the correct order until this wrong parcel was returned. Many many e-mails later, most of which were not answered, I finally received my order in the middle of August.

I was disapppointed frankly. Covid problems and postage difficulties I understand. I ordered three products and heard nothing for two months, then I heard one was unavailable (I was surprised to see it advertised frankly). The other two would come and I would be credited with the balance, not refunded. OK I found something else, had to repay the postage, OK. Came quickly. But the third product is still advertised, despite repeated e mails from me. If I click on it, it goes into my basket (three times now). I even get reminders that it is there in my basket (even if not in store) and I have not paid. This is my only real issue here. Thanks for your early reply. Much appreciated. The item I requested is the Dragon 1/71 M4A3 105 VVSS. I was very surprised to see it advertised as it is almost impossible to find. On the paint cans you added warning stickers in French the only problem is that you stuck them on the paint reference. As there were two brown colors, it was difficult, fortunately I managed to remove some of them.

Too many miniatures don't conform to assembly standards. Some manufacturers border on fraud, e.g. Master Box LTD boite French Hussar Napoleonic war Serie, where no parts could be attached. Be very careful, it's up to you to check the conformity of the equipment you are selling. Amadeu

This could have easily been prevented with another layer of wrap or a box and wrap. Not worth sending back as it appear this is the only/last one available in silver.

There were no problems with the order. Where I'm not satisfied is with the choice of paints, with off""glue + 6 paints"" . Of the 6, only 3 I can use with my model. There wasn't even a matte black color, which seems to me to be a basic one.

The parcel has arrived. I ordered it on Thursday at 9am...it was specified that I would receive it the next day (Friday the 14th). To be sure I paid Chronopost (still guaranteed within 24h). According to the information available on the Chronopost tracking system, my parcel was dispatched on Friday evening....36h to put 5 cans of paint in a poor pouch...not very serious! I paid the Chronopost for nothing...and I find it intolerable to have to pay even more to have "the right" to pay with paypal...your competitors are more reliable and faster. Hello I received my R5 Turbo model in the post. But the package was folded in two. However nothing is broken inside. I find it shocking to see this kind of delivery principles.

Delivery times too long

Bought a model Ferrari for my son. Transaction went through easily enough. However, the model came from France and the tracking information (translated from French) suggested it might take 30 days before delivery. Contacted 1001Modelkits to ask for clarification and did not receive any reply. Slightly disappointing. The model did turn up, however, a few days later. So alls well that ends well. Just please, reply to correspondence.

Although the goods ordered were of high quality, I feel the service was slow for this day and age with misleading dates quoted on the tracking facility.

5 days to prepare a parcel is much too long and I missed my gift for an 8 year old boy.

I received your package from France to California USA in 3 days! Amazing service during this pandemic. My only complaint is that I did not realize the electric racetrack would have European plugs. Guess I missed that info in the product description. A quick run to the drug store to get an adapter solved the problem.
