I was very upset when UPS sent me an email telling me my F-106 model had been delivered and UPS had not been seen on the street I live on. So I start a claim against UPS and the claim was denied because only the shipper can file a claim. On the third evening while I was working on the claim I received a phone call from someone 4 blocks away informing me that they had my shipment. It was addressed to me but had the wrong address on the package. This kind person researched my name and found my address and they were on the to deliver it. I checked the order and my mailing address was correct. Someone at the shippers end entered the wrong address. The model looks great but I will have to find a way to remove the decals and put the set I ordered on. I wish they produce the aircraft model without decals so customers then apply what they want on them.

Service from 1001 hobbies was good but what I bought was rubbish. I have bee flying radio control aircraft for over 40 years but made the mistake of buying a glider based on the description only to find that it appeared to be a very expensive toy and it went straight in the rubbish bin. You live and learn.
Great product quality. Delivery did not take that long considering coming from Europe to the US and the current health environment.
In the demonstration video of the item I chose you can see the box open and you can see that inside the pieces to be assembled are green but when the package arrived to my bitter surprise the pieces were white i.e. to be painted. They told me they would email me the free return form but to date despite my email reminder I have not received anything.

The order was placed 11 days ago and unfortunately the product has not yet been delivered... The processing of the order was fast and the shipment was done immediately, but the delivery is problematic. As this is a gift for a specific date, this is a problem.
Disappointed as it took over five weeks to receive my order and there was very poor communication from vendor. Plus the tracking link on the website did not work. Probably won't use 1001 Modelkits again.

The delivery was weeks later than indicated when ordering I had to contact them myself to suggest splitting my delivery into the items that were in stock and those that had not yet been delivered by the supplier In the end, everything took so long that I did indeed receive the delivery in two packages on the same day 🙁

I placed my order and paid in full on May 29, 2020. To date, I have had no news about my order and no advice of any kind about delivery times. I regularly check the site, which tells me that my order has been in process since June 1, 2020 and that one of the requested products is being restocked, but no details of any kind have been given to me, even though the site has my full contact details, including my e-mail address. This shows not only a lack of follow-up but above all a lack of consideration for my needs.

I had ordered 4 pots of paint""flat black"" from Tamyia . Although the shipment was very satisfactory, the quality of the paint was not the same. My first order was completely satisfactory (glass jar with color label), but this latest order (glass jar with black and white label only), while the color was perfect, the texture wasn't the same. I was careful to mix it, but it was never so fluid and so easy to apply. So I don't know if it's much thicker than it was originally, or if the thicker pots of paint have been used.
Paid the extra for express shipping but I could have saved them given the delivery time. Shipping tracking is useless as it does not give updates on the location of the package. Item arrived but the Air soft firing system does not work the seller's solution was a 30 euro voucher which he never sent me. Also the NiMh battery charges poorly and does not last more than 5 minutes this forced me to buy another one. Instructions only in French. The item was a gift package but the requested card was not made.
I had ordered some models for my grandson, to be delivered on the following Thursday or Friday, which was one of my criteria since I had to see the child the following Sunday. I was asked to pay an extra €20 for this delivery. This is what I did and I was very disappointed because I didn't receive the package until Monday morning when my children had left. I understand that it's difficult to meet deadlines at this time of year, but please don't charge extra. As for the models themselves, I can't judge the packages.

Colissimo delivery times are far too long
Ordered a body wrong one was sent at first but customer support was fantastic got another one sent and rectified the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Shipping was fast to Canada even with covid 19. Will order again 5*****!!
