I am satisfied and would order again. I have seen some less than complimentary reviews of this company. Yes, they are in France - and that made no impact on my getting delivery of my order. Sure it took a few weeks, but there is the Atlantic Ocean to cross and honestly the supplies I ordered made it over here in reasonable time, the price was right, and I am quite satisfied.

Even though I was in the states they took the time to respond to me on any questions I had and were able to let me know when my models would be available. My box was slightly squished but I'm sure that has to do more so with the shipping than this company. Overall highly satisfied with the quality of customer support and prompt shipping.
