For Switzerland ALWAYS enter the exact amount on the delivery note, otherwise customs storage charges will be levied until the consignee has indicated the exact amount of the transaction.

Hello I took a delivery by collissimo proposed by the site. The result is edifying! -The first delivery was not made even though we had been at home all day (plus I had given my mobile number)! -Second attempt. The delivery man claims there's no name on the box! Bravo, we'll have to get him some glasses! Another day blocked for nothing! -Third attempt. Parcel available from 11h00 at the post office. Result exceptional closure of the office. Of course I paid for this service, it's simply theft and a huge disappointment for my son who was impatiently waiting for his parcel. Thank you for this perfectly m
Compared to other sites, the prices are excessively "neat". Delivery is much less so: I'm still waiting for the (paid for) parcel that was cancelled.

The only thing they know how to tell us is ""you can't go faster than the music, you have to wait"". It's really great, bravo to you, very professional. I placed an order on your site on October 16 donation the debit was made the same day October 19 you have informed me by mail that the order could not be made the promise of delivery within 72 hours is not honored it should be for the birthday of my son. It's now October 24 and I haven't heard from you! I have an order from 25092019 to date 17102019 still not received !!! How can I give more than one star there ?I have also already estimated a few times with 1001 Hobbies but until today 1810 I still do not know where it went wrong According to the report from the carrier, the order would have been sent back to 1001 Hobbies on 710
They are the worst!!! I place an order and pay for urgent shipping which I see that weeks go by and it does not arrive. They tell me that they do not have a product in stock and the urgent is once it arrives at the warehouse in Spain and they process it. Days go by and they tell me that a product that on their website said available is no longer in stock so they send me the rest of the products and give me a voucher for the next purchase for the product they do not have in stock. The surrealistic part of the whole case is that while I was traveling, I received an email confirming that the order had been delivered to the address mentioned above. It turns out that the package was not delivered and when I ask them for proof of delivery they give me a generic paper from Colissimo where it says that it was delivered. I ask them for the receipt with the signature of receipt of goods and they say that this option is not available for Spain. In short, I have paid 70€ for 3 toys and I have not received anything at all and they tell me to contact the local courier? It's a robbery?this is what these people do? in my life something like this has never happened to me?
You pay for express shipping and it takes 2 months to arrive. I will not buy here again, even though their catalog of toys is beautiful, they do not deliver what they say they will.

1 month's delay in placing an order, 5 to 8 euros in shipping costs for a set of decals sent by non-tracked mail, and a tax for using Paypal - that's all there is to it.....1001 maquettes are finished for me, and I'm an old customer.lots of references, of course, but most of them aren't in stock, and they're 15% more expensive than their competitors.
Hello Following receipt of a model. I noticed that a part was missing. So I sent an e-mail with the missing part and the delivery note. To this day I have no news. Please take note of this message and reply as soon as possible.

Zero Star If I could give zero stars, I would! I purchased a figure on 9/21, 10 days later they contacted me and told me the figure I ordered was not at the right price so they had to cancel my order. So basically they're telling me I have to repurchase the figure at a much higher price ($257 more in this case) after I already paid for that figure, that is ridiculous. And thanks for making me waited 10 days for the ""good"" news. Note: Everything is overpriced on their site. I suggest everyone stay away, you can find much cheaper price and much better service elsewhere!

Really pitiful! For ten days I've been waiting for my order, which is still listed as being""in preparation"". Despite a phone call from me, nothing is happening. I must point out that the product ordered was available! I strongly advise against this site and in any case I will never again go through 1001 Maquettes or 1001 Hobbies (whatever the name) for my next orders.

After waiting over 20 days for the first and certainly last order to be processed, I was notified that a credit note had been issued in my favor. Crazy!
About 2 weeks from order to delivery. That's a bit long to prepare an order... Surely a one-off bad experience, at least I hope so.

The assembly instructions are a very poor translation. The diagrams are illegible! On the other hand, delivery was made on time.
Despite receiving an email indicating that the order had been prepared it has been seven days since the order was placed but I have no data to access the tracking of the shipment.
I still haven't received my parcel and no solution has been proposed by the seller.
