But I go on line in search of UK traders, and I resent these sort of traps being set. For the time being it does not matter so much in terms of customs tariffs, but from 2021 it presumably will. so caveat emptor. Also, their emails contain links that are not live, and when you do get on their website and enter their given details in the tracking box, it still does not work.

I am satisfied, the parcels arrive in good condition and are easy to unpack. The only problem is that they arrive 3 weeks or 1 month after the order.

Almost a month to receive the order! I thought I was buying from a store in Madrid and in reality the shipment arrived from Paris. All correct and in perfect condition. But if you would let us know in advance we would appreciate it. Because this is not a ""slight delay"" due to the coronavirus. Let them give an approximate delivery date and if you are interested you go and buy and if not then not.

The material was no problem but the shipment was delayed for more than two weeks with no information about it.

They said they had my item in stock i paid them nearly �100.00 when it did`nt arrive i checked tracking only to see ""not available"" i e mailed them and they replied that i could have a cover note to get other item of same value. as there`s nothing else i want i said i wanted my money back . they have not answered me . i have tried time and time again to contact them but no reply. dont make the same mistake as me-dont trust them to refund .

Quick to process refund got a refund from this company (based in France, not the UK) due to delays on delivering a birthday present which was ordered 2 weeks in advance of the birthday. To be fair to them they were quick with refund when I complained (hence the three stars). I marked them down a couple of stars as it's still a bit misleading on their website as to where the company is based.

You don't read what your customers send you, the result is that your orders don't add up and paf, three shipments at 8.70 euros and on top of that, charges that correspond to what? to ship 80 kms from Paris, I find that shipping is very expensive. with all my apologies, but I'm passing on to you the truth as I see it.

This was my first purchases with 1001and completely on line because of COVID-19. I usually like to discuss any questions I may have about the items I wish to purchase with a member of staff but glad to say that everything turned out ok. The range of items was a delight to see from just one supplier. I am now considering my next buying spree with 1001. Thanking all the team for a great effort in delivering my order within one week. Sending the M706 commando model in a simple bubble envelope meant that the box was crushed and therefore damaged. Fortunately, the model was not damaged.
This site makes no indication it is not based in the UK unless you come off their website to see it is actually French. I placed an order on the second of the month and have still not recieved it. I only purchased from this site as they had everything in stock at the time. Although it would have been easier to wait for the items on eModels to come back into stock as it would have arrived sooner anyway and most likely cheaper. Looks as though my review is not a one off a lot of people are having the same issue. I hope these reviews make them decide to change their site information to let us know they are not actually shipping from the UK when you place an order. I have now sent an email to see what can be done regarding the order and have asked for it to be cancelled if they cannot help. I get these are tough times however every other order I have placed has arrived within half the time. As far as im concerned this will be my last order from this site.
I am going to give 3 stars for the following reasons: - In mid-April I placed an order on the website they have a great catalog of many models at affordable prices. - All good in regards to payment report invoice etc. Knowing the situation that the world is going through in general for the CoVid19 I was patient and knew that the shipment would take a little longer to arrive and more having selected the Eco option (although they charge you 10€ shipping but good). -Now comes the problem when I asked for shipping information they replied that the item was not in stock with what I was very surprised because it had been 2 weeks and they told me that now it was not in stock (which would violate their own terms of sale where it specifies that if there is no stock of a product they must notify you within 48 hours). -Well, seeing this setback I asked for a refund because if there is no stock the logical thing to do is to cancel the order. I did not receive a reply. - But to my surprise today I receive the shipment (in perfect condition) later than ever. As a conclusion I understand that we are going through a difficult situation for companies and transports but as a customer opinion I think that the communication between buyer and seller should be improved and above all improve the logistics, why do they tell me that it is not in stock and 5 days later I suddenly receive my order? They could have warned me about it and saved me the worry of not knowing if I would receive my product or the money in case of refund. PS: The 1350 scale model ship is very successful and I will be able to enjoy it.
Totally disapointed. 24 .o4 order for some decals. Delivery expected 05.05. After me sending a polite message on May the 5th asking about my delivery time update the answer was quite rude saying I will have a refund. No atempts to solve my order. No excuses. I can see the product on the web page still aviable and aparentlly I can do another order. Never again! I hope they will refund. Dont use this company! The public relation stinks.
